We had a great experience with this facility and its staff. Despite a waiting list, the smooth move-in process made it worthwhile. Housekeeping is prompt and thorough, and the views are beautiful. While there’s no specific service to encourage participation in activities, we’d still recommend this facility to others.

"Great Experience with Room for Improvement"
With COVID, they lost a lot of staff and are now short-handed. The dining room service is really slow. The person in charge gets things done but isn't very friendly. The food was good until they changed companies. Now an outside company provides meals, and people are complaining about the new menu. They need to clean some parts of the facility better. Despite that, my mom loves it here. If I had to choose again, I'd still pick this place. Overall, it's been a good experience—they just need some improvements.
