"Friendly staff, residents; happy living, recommend Glenbrooke"
I've told friends Glenbrooke is a great place to live. Staff and residents are friendly, and we look out for each other. I'm very happy here and hope to stay for years.

"Comfy Home, Good Staff, Food’s Okay"
The place is cozy. I chose it because it’s close to important spots. The meals are okay—not bad, but not great. The people who work here are nice.

"Accommodating staff, beautiful surroundings; recommend Blenbrooke at Palm Bay."
The staff at Blenbrooke at Palm Bay, especially [name removed], were very helpful in every aspect. We enjoyed the natural beauty of Turkey Creek surrounding the facility. I would definitely suggest Blenbrooke at Palm Bay to others.

"Friendly staff, empty atmosphere, non-nursing home feel desired"
The staff were friendly and informative during the tour. It felt empty, not lively like we hoped. Wanted a non-nursing home feel.

"Great Staff and Services, Orientation Could Improve"
Everyone at the facility has been really great. When we moved in, no one checked in to see how things were going. They should work on setting up an orientation for new residents. Besides that, everything else has been excellent. The food service and housekeeping staff are outstanding. My loved one is making friends and meeting new people through dining.

"Headline: "Price Gouging Forces Vulnerable Seniors Out of Beloved Retirement Home""
This used to be my home-away-from-home. I had to sell my house and started living here with my two rescue pets. Everything was great until they raised rent by 12% on such short notice, right in the middle of the holidays and doctor's appointments. It's really disappointing, especially for those who aren't rich or don't have family support. It's even more upsetting seeing long-time residents, some who are over 90 and have soaked in the beauty of this place, being forced to leave. Just the other day, an 92-year-old resident told me she only has funds to stay for 2 more years and hoped to pass away before then. She's got no family or car. Management needs to show more care for the people here. Life in a Florida retirement home isn't easy without deep pockets or family.

"Impersonal due to size, great tour, not right fit"
Glenbrooke at Palm Bay felt impersonal due to its size. Great tour, but not the right fit.
