"Grand Villa Memory Care Stands Out"
I am happy with Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs where my aunt lives in the memory care unit. They share good news about my aunt and answer questions quickly. I can even text the unit director if I have any concerns. Unlike most memory care places, Grand Villa takes residents on different outings — movies, museums, restaurants, and even monthly spa visits for manicures and pedicures! Other places I checked out said they don’t feel comfortable taking dementia patients on trips, but Grand Villa thinks differently. At other places, memory care residents just watch TV or sing songs, but at Grand Villa, they still get to learn and do fun activities. On my first visit, they were having a crocheting class! Grand Villa has staff dedicated to the memory unit, including an activities director and a life enrichment coordinator. At a more expensive place where my aunt used to live, the same staff worked in both memory care and assisted living and didn’t seem to know much about helping people with cognitive problems.

"Room Needs Better Cleaning"
Moving in was smooth, but problems with another resident were fixed. Remember to keep clothing minimal; it tends to go missing. The room needs better cleaning due to a smell.

"Positive Experience at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs"
My loved one lives at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs, and our experience there has been very positive. The place is kept very clean, and everyone is friendly. The staff provides excellent care services. I would definitely suggest Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs to my family and friends.

We visited Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs to find a Memory Care place for my dad. It was really good! The place was clean and everyone was friendly. It's a nice facility!
