"New Management Brings Changes to Assisted Living Facility"

This place got a new boss who's only been here for three weeks. Lots of stuff is changing. Food isn't so good and cleaning could be better. But now, they're communicating better, and if they actually do what they say, activities are getting better too. They have to respond within 24 hours. The person in charge of fun stuff has set up lots of trips. And there's a new big boss.

"Assisted living community declines after management change, residents feel neglected."

The community was nicer before Volente took over. It was cleaner, friendlier, and more caring. Since then, services decreased while rates went up. I chose this place a year ago for the caring staff, cleanliness, and affordability.

"Heritage Review"

Moving Mom to Heritage was busy but worth it. Pleasantly surprised!

"Mixed Experience with Care Staff; Wellness Head Inactive"

The helpers and nurses are kind and look after my mom well. However, the wellness leader talks a lot but doesn't do much.

"New Management Ruins Assisted Living Home"

This assisted living home was bought out by a corporation about 8 months ago. The quality started to go down right away. They're trying to spend less money on the residents and make their investment more profitable. The mean, sudden, and bossy new director has made these new rules: -Gives only 2 rolls of toilet paper a week, even to couples. They used to give out toilet paper without restrictions. -Cleans out room trash cans only once a week now. Old folks have to take care of their own garbage if needed. -Residents have to bring their own trash bags now. -They often run out of different types of food. -The food is usually bad quality and not prepared well. -Workers, who are not trained well, don't answer phone calls. -There is a lot less outdoor seating because the director said so. -Since the new management took over, a lot of people have left. You should visit this place and talk to the residents yourself - they're not happy with the new management. It's not a caring and supportive place anymore.

"Mixed Experience at The Heritage: Nice but Limited Answers"

We visited The Heritage at Delray while looking for a place for our loved one. It was nice, clean, and friendly. However, I toured with the handyman because my appointment person was busy. The handyman could only answer a few questions.

"Mixed Feelings About The Heritage at Delray"

We visited The Heritage at Delray while searching for an Assisted Living facility for our family member. The place was decent, but there was a waitlist for one-bedroom units. Considering she owned her own home, I didn't believe she'd want to move to a studio.

"Terrible management leads to neglect and power outage."

The new owners showed up and quickly sacked most of the community's management. They're running the place with bare minimum staff. Nobody answers the calls, and they didn't even pay the electricity bill which caused a power cut. They ought to feel embarrassed.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Good Tour, Room, Staff Concerns"

We chose this facility. Had a nice tour, room size was great, and staff was helpful. However, we've encountered issues since then. Recently, we were informed that the company has been bought, causing uncertainty about future costs and service quality. The turnover among staff has been frequent, making it difficult to know who to contact. They provide three meals a day, but breakfast is served too early for my liking. Dinner options were limited to two choices and the food was okay, not as good as advertised. Despite this, the dining room staff was excellent. The facility communicates announcements via a loudspeaker that's hard to understand, even for someone with normal hearing like myself.

"Mixed Feelings About Community Residents"

We thought the community was nice, but my family member preferred the residents at a different place they visited.
