The staff at this assisted living facility are friendly and welcoming. They're diligent about food service and management, which are very good. The team is dedicated to providing positive services and support.

"Comfortable Assisted Living with Pleasant Atmosphere and Helpful Staff"
This place is really clean and the food is okay. The staff and the atmosphere here are nice and helpful. They have transportation for shopping every week and you can schedule rides for other things. Some of the entertainment isn't really my style, but most of the other people here seem to like it. We've made a few friends here, which is nice. Since we couldn't stay at home anymore, this is the next best thing. I can still get around pretty well, which is good for me. The one thing I do miss is driving, but I've learned to get used to not being able to do it.

"Unfortunate Incident at Assisted Living Facility; Loss and Following Investigation"
They only had our family member in the memory care section for 4 short days and next thing we knew, she was rushed by ambulance to Morton Plant at half past two in the morning. No one bothered to call our family until it was 7:30 am and then they didn't even know which hospital to direct us to. It took us over two hours to find her. The staff said she had fallen but the only sign of an injury was a black eye. She never walked again after this incident and her situation worsened so much, she left us only a month later. She was in good health and we expected her to live for many more years, before she was taken to this terrible facility. We had the impression that this place was responsible and good at caring for its residents, but it was clear they messed up big time with our dear one. We later found out that the facility was under investigation by the State for several other issues. Besides, my father had to face extra costs he had not anticipated. I strongly advise you to rethink before considering this place for your beloved ones, unless you want to face the grief of losing them sooner than expected. I don't think they even deserve one star because they've undeniably lost a beautiful star in my dad's life!

"Poor communication and unmet expectations at Grand Villa of Largo"
Our family wouldn't suggest Grand Villa of Largo to anybody. Our dear one reportedly fell from the bed and we only got a call the next day, and that too hours after our loved one had already been in the hospital. The place didn't meet our family's expectations at all. We tell other families to be really careful when they're considering places for their loved ones.
