"Unsafe Assisted Living Facility Due to Lack of Night Staff"
There was no staff around at night in the assisted living area. I'd never put my family member there again because it's not safe. When it's daytime, it's okay but during the evening, there's no one around. Doesn't matter what they tell you otherwise.

I’m pretty happy with the assisted living facility. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the place is clean. However, there have been some issues with communication, activities, and medication management. Also, Covid-19 restrictions and changes in ownership have caused some disruptions.

"Neglectful Care, Slow Cleaning, Friend Ignored in Assisted Living"
My buddy messed herself and no one took care of it for almost a week. I told them about the mess, it happened on a Thursday and no cleaner came until Monday. My friend's blind and can't help herself. She's tried ringing for someone to help but no one showed up. She even had a fall in the elevator and no one showed up for ages. They are starting to do better with activities though.

"Avoid Harbor Chase: Neglect, Dishonesty, Lack of Sufficient Care"
This place is run really badly. They barely have any medical staff to help with taking daily medicines. There's only a single nurse for the whole place. The people who work there lie and don't tell the truth about anything. They'll tell you they've looked after your family member. But then you'll find out that they've been forgotten. They don't have proper care for them and just leave them to their own. Even though they promise top-notch personal attention, the reality is far from it. They're all liars and won't hesitate to tell lies just to get their money. They make promises to take good care of your family if they can't take care of themselves. But the sad truth is, they leave them alone for half a day, with unclean diapers and without a bath. You shouldn't send your family here to Harbor Chase. Sadly, our dad suffered and passed away because they didn't take care of him, which they'll never admit.

"Neglected Seniors in Unhealthy, Unmaintained Assisted Living Facility."
This place is really unclean and there are leaks all over. Management doesn't seem to be in a hurry to fix things, if they even bother. I've witnessed mistreatment of older residents and the living conditions are not good for health.

I want to share that my 94-year-old mother, has been at this facility for over a month now. One of your staff members, CNA - Skilled, has been very kind, professional, and patient with her. My mother often talks about how helps her and is so nice. I can't thank enough for being so wonderful to my mom. Thanks again!
