"Negligent and inexperienced staff at this dangerous assisted living facility"
Avoid this place for your loved ones. They don't care properly for their residents. The employees lack experience. There's medicine mishandling too. My mom, who was sick, was alone for 6 hours. After a series of unfortunate events, I removed her within 24 days. I know what good assisted living facilities are like, and this place severely fails to meet the standards. Be careful.

The place is mostly clean. The care is okay. Food's not great. Talking with family and staff is good. They try to make residents happy. Staff could be quicker.

"Unfair Treatment and Rude Management at Assisted Living Facility"
This facility seems to exhibit bias against minorities. Even though the staff is excellent, the management from the corporate offices can be really rude and disrespectful to their employees. I've personally observed this behavior.

"Great Value Assisted Living"
I visited this place while searching for a home for my Step-Mom. It's an older facility with more residents than staff. But they keep the residents active. During my tour, the kitchen smelled great, but it spread throughout the building. The lady showing me around was a bit pushy, even after I said we weren't interested. They had jigsaw puzzles and other activities for residents. Despite the older layout, it was clean. Spending time with me and providing information was appreciated. Overall, it's worth considering for your family member.

"Disappointing Stay at Harbor Chase Assisted Living"
Harbor Chase looks nice, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The meals were often not tasty, and many times, they ran out of food that was listed on the menu. The activities for residents were not very creative and got canceled or changed without warning. I found myself cleaning my mom’s room a lot because the cleaning service wasn’t doing a good job. Also, there were times when things broke down, like the air conditioning, and it wasn’t fixed for days. Not long after my mom moved in, they increased the rent by a lot. My mom had trouble with her medicine because they didn’t order it on time, and she had to go without it for a few days. I also had trouble with the billing department because they didn’t record some payments we made. There were a few nice workers and some good times, but mostly, I feel this place isn’t worth what they charge and doesn’t meet the standards of our community. In the end, my mom had to move out because they didn’t fix the problems and things just got worse.

"Deplorable Care and Expensive Charges at Assisted Living Facility"
My friend's mom-in-law had a terrible stay at this facility. They left her with massive bed sores, and we even discovered her lying on the ground at one point. We took photos and are now speaking with a lawyer. Plus, they charge an outrageous $6000 per month.
