"Refreshing staff for improvement urgently needed"
This place was awful. They should let everyone go and start fresh.

"Overall Positive with Some Staff Turnover Concerns"
I had a good experience overall. Many staff changes make things feel unsure sometimes. But whenever I've had issues, the staff has always listened and helped.

"Frustrating Experience with Inadequate Assisted Living Facility"
This place was near our house and it was labeled as the best around, right opposite the hospital. That seemed convenient because my relative was frequently in the hospital rather than getting assisted care. But, just five minutes after we got him settled, they rushed him back to the hospital. We only found out about it later. No one even bothered to introduce us to their services or surroundings. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

"Caring Staff and Quick Response at Living Facility"
The help came right away and they told me what was going on in a way that was easy to understand and fast. I really felt like they knew what they were doing and that my mom was in good hands. Plus, whenever we ran into any issues, the people working there were super nice and got back to us quickly.

"Horrible Experience at HarborChase of Villages Crossing"
My family member used to live at HarborChase of Villages Crossing, and it was a really bad experience. At first, it seemed okay but it fell apart quickly. When the nice people working there left, everything went from bad to worse. They reduced their staff to just two housekeepers for the whole place, a person whose name I won't mention left and people started feeling low, there weren't any fun activities anymore, they lessened the food options, and they messed up medications more often. They really need to hire MORE good people for all the jobs there, this is the most important thing. I would never tell anyone to use HarborChase of Villages Crossing. It's unfortunate because it used to be a nice place.

"Mom's Respite Stay: Safe But Unprofessional, Horrible Food Experience"
We were glad to have a place for Mom for two weeks while we looked for a good spot for her. Overall, she was safe there. But, the nursing staff wasn't professional at all, and the food was just awful. Seriously awful. The dining room was very poorly managed, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. But now, Mom is really happy at a community in Jensen Beach, Florida, which I found on my own. Nothing's perfect, but Harbor Chase was just awful.

"Hidden Costs and Meal Fees at Assisted Living"
Before choosing this place, do your homework and find out all the costs for services. They add extra fees each month if your loved one requires nursing care. Surprisingly, they even charge for meal delivery, which I assumed would be included in the rent.

"Mixed Experiences in Assisted Living Facility"
It's a fairly clean place. My family member doesn't enjoy the food. They're not interested in activities, despite many being offered. We chose this community for its friendly staff and tidy lobby, though the rooms are dated. Overall, they provide good care.

"They are happy together!"
We are happy with my in-laws being here. The staff is great, and communication with us is good. I was pleased with how everything was handled during our visits. We liked that they could stay together and bring their dog. This place is the best fit for them.

Everything is going great for my husband since he moved here. This facility is nice, and they keep everything clean and well-maintained. The staff is lovely and takes excellent care of him and his needs. I feel at peace knowing he is safe and in a good place. I recommend this community; it has worked out well for us.

"Good Tour, Very Nice Place"
I had a great tour of this community. It's a really nice place with friendly people. Everything looked well-kept, and the staff I met was welcoming. The experience went smoothly, but it was too expensive for us.

"Very cheerful people!"
The staff here is great! My husband enjoys the food, and I love that they offer lots of activities for residents. What brought me here was the cheerful people—they're the brightest I've seen in any memory care area.

"Improved Living Experience Needed"
My dad's in memory care. He's almost okay for assisted living where they help sometimes. The place is new, clean, and nice. Food's mostly good too. Since he's still aware, more fun stuff outside would be nice. He used to go to Rays games with friends not long ago. They need to let him join in off-site activities for assisted living.

"Great Place for My Wife!"
My wife is doing really well given her health. The staff are very caring and do a great job looking after her. She enjoys the variety of foods they offer. I take her to the assisted living dining room, and she likes the restaurant atmosphere. The community has many activities that my wife likes. They bring in different musicians, bands, and singers. They also offer field trips to go out into town.

"Nurse Practioner Daughter's Review"
My mom has been here for 5 weeks now and is adjusting well in the memory care area. The staff have been caring and concerned, and they listened to my initial concerns before she moved in. They also met with me to learn more about the things she enjoyed in the past and how to serve her better. They provided me with good observations and feedback. I feel lucky to have found this facility, and it's just a few minutes from my job—an unexpected bonus! As a nurse practitioner, I was probably more critical in evaluating options than others might be, and I've been really, really happy with this facility, their administrative and caregiver staff, and their philosophy.

"Memory Care Unit Needs Improvement"
The assisted living section was really nice, and all the staff were friendly. But, the memory care unit wasn't as good. There weren't any nice decorations, and the people there just seemed to sit in wheelchairs with their heads down.
