"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place was okay, but staff changes, especially in the kitchen, caused problems. After my mom moved in, a chef left, and the food quality dropped. The facility was clean, and the staff were friendly, but there were service inconsistencies due to staffing shortages.

"Charged Community Fee Despite Promised Waiver and Quick Loss"
HarborChase of Wildwood was a nice place, but when we set up the move there, it was with Hospice care. They told us we wouldn't have to pay the fee to join the community. We moved in one afternoon and sadly, they passed away the next morning. We still haven't gotten the $ fee back!

"Disappointing Care Experience at HarborChase Assisted Living Facility"
This place needs staff to help with feeding, bathing, and caring for residents. They shouldn't blame other shifts and shouldn't make people get extra private caregivers. It didn't work well for us. My loved one's care was really bad. I had to bathe him, dress him, and make sure he ate. I was very disappointed. We won't go back or tell others to use HarborChase.

"Lacks Night Nurse"
I visited this place, and it seemed pleasant. My only concern was the lack of a night nurse.

"Mixed Feelings About HarborChase Tour"
We enjoyed our tour at HarborChase of Wildwood. The only issue was the multiple stories and elevators, which could be confusing for Mom due to her memory problems. .

"Tour Guide Wasn't Listening, Made Me Uncomfortable"
This community is related to another place my loved one stayed. When I was on the tour, the guide wasn't listening to me, which made me not want to choose this place.

"Good tour, wanted exclusive memory care focus"
Our families toured before shutdown. Saw apartments, ate lunch. Okay experience. Community's fine but wanted exclusive memory care focus.

"Mixed Experience at Harbor Chase Assisted Living"
Harbor Chase has lots of activities like painting and bowling. They even have poker nights. The food is alright. The apartments are small but have good light. The carpet needs an upgrade.

"Care facility staff fails, not recommended for quiet loved ones"
The medical team here is totally clueless. If your dear one can't speak up for themselves, I'd say think again about picking this place. Honestly, it's not worth any stars to me.

"Neglected resident in dirty room fell, needed ambulance."
Avoid this place like the plague. They'll promise the moon to get you in the door, but be ready for disappointment. During the lockdown, I was told staff were visiting the residents. I asked my dad and he said they'd just drop off his meals and then rush off. One time, my dad needed help because he couldn't get up out of his bed. The aide just peeked in, said it wasn't his responsibility and left. Since I wasn't allowed in, I had to hire a personal CNA to check on my dad. When she finally brought my dad out, she told me the room was a mess of dirty dishes, bed left untidy and it reeked. That's when we noticed my dad had taken a bad fall and we called an ambulance. He never returned to that place.
