"Neglected Residents and Unprofessional Behavior at Assisted Living Facility"

I'm making this review to warn others. Please find a real place for your family member. The activities here were a huge letdown. This place was like a playground for the manager's kids. The children's clothes were often mixed with the residents' because the workers seemed to be using the same laundry machines. The lady who used to run the place, and you can still see her name everywhere in ads and lists, said I wouldn't find "better care" anywhere else. It makes me sad thinking about the folks here who don't have anyone visiting or able to stand up for them.
