"Facility Fails Patients, Twice"

I don't like any place that just lets a sick person get worse, especially when it happens twice in less than four months. It was really scary.

"Hudson Manor: A Sadly Sterile Environment, Not Recommendable"

We visited Hudson Manor in person and I'd definitely advise against it. We noticed folks, who seem to be residents, crowded in the lobby area, all seated in wheelchairs, watching TV. They all looked lifeless - almost like they were sedated. To top it off, there was literally no place to park. We were quickly shown around the first floor, and then we had to leave. This place felt more like a gloomy nursing home than a proper assisted living facility.

"Assisted Living Facility Felt More Like Nursing Home"

Our family visited in person, but it wasn't right for our loved one. It seemed more like a nursing home than an assisted living community. The lighting was dim, the reception area was small, and the lobby had a TV where all the residents were just sitting. It didn't feel like a stimulating environment.

"Slippery Floors and Poor AC: Hudson Manor Review"

Hudson Manor isn't great if your loved one is independent. The place wasn't clean - they put in nice floors but cleaned them with stuff that made them super slippery. Also, it was really humid there. Combine that with the slippery floors, and it was almost an accident waiting to happen for both my loved one and me. The air conditioning in my loved one's room never worked right. Most of the staff were nice, except for the main guy, [name removed], who was really rude.

"Convenient and Modern Assisted Living Facility Close to Family"

This assisted living facility is located near our family, which was a major factor in our decision. We really like how the facility is laid out. Inside, it's modern, clean, and up to date, which we appreciate a lot.

"Decent Stay, But Rooms Lack Fridge and Sink"

The place was alright, yet the rooms felt a bit cramped and didn’t have a fridge or a sink inside.

""

My grandmother has lived at Hudson Manor for three years. The staff is wonderful and very loving, and the building is beautiful and clean. At first, my grandmother didn’t want to leave her condo, but this was the best choice my family ever made. She is like a new person, so happy and more social than before. Max, the Activity Director, is amazing and keeps her and the other residents active and lively. I highly recommend Hudson Manor for anyone looking for assisted living for their loved ones. My kids and I visit a few times a week, and the staff treats my grandmother like family and us like family too!

"Good but seeking greatness in the future."

The assisted living facility was generally good, but not outstanding. Unfortunately, the facility supervisor or director didn't reach out to me after two upsetting events involving my father. However, after a requested meeting with the director, we agreed that I would be informed of any future upsetting events or happenings concerning my loved one.

"Elderly Residents Seem Less Lively, Few Staff, Diaper Odor Present"

The folks appeared more aged and not as lively. The scent of unattended diapers wafted in the main area. There were a lot of residents but not enough staff around.

"Great Looking Place!"

We toured this place when looking into care options for my loved one. I really liked it! The setup was nice, each room had its own bathroom, and the level of care seemed a good match for my loved one's memory care needs. However, it wasn't in our price range.

"Great place for Mom!"

Hudson Manor is an amazing place. My mom really enjoys it! The staff is very caring, there are many activities for everyone, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The doctor comes every week and makes sure to explain everything if there are any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend it!

"All-inclusive and engaging!"

Hudson Manor is an all-inclusive community. We liked it because we knew what we were paying each month without worrying about extra charges. They offer many activities and really engage the residents. My mom didn't participate in activities at her previous community, but here she always seems to be doing something. We are really pleased with Hudson Manor and would recommend it to anyone.
