"Trustwell at Hunters Crossing Place Review"
My mom stayed for 2 weeks. She felt safe there. At first, the TV was small but they fixed it. We noticed some cleanliness issues, but they cleaned them up right away. Mom has dementia, but can handle her personal needs. She just needs help with her medications. I've tried to contact them about long-term care, but got no response. It seems they don't want her there. Disappointing. Can't recommend.

"Helpful Care with 2-Week Respite!"
It worked well when we needed help. The staff cared about our family member and responded quickly to urgent needs. Having 2-week Respite Care was very useful because that's all the time we could manage.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
The local team at Hunter’s Crossing Place was really nice. The folks who take care of you were super. But, the way they handle the bills is just not good. The big bosses don’t chat or check in with you. That’s why we had to find a new place for my family member. Also, the meals weren’t good. They promised they could make gluten-free meals for someone with Celiac disease. At first, everything seemed okay, but after a month, the meals got pretty bad. The cook mentioned that the big bosses were tight on what he could get for the kitchen.

"Inconsistent Care, Staffing Issues, Management Focused on Profit"
The place doesn't always give good care and doesn't have enough trained workers. The bosses care more about money than the people living there. The middle-level workers are usually nice, but the ones at the bottom don't work hard, and the big bosses don't listen and are mean.

"Better Meals and Fun Activities!"
Initially, our family member wasn't happy with the meals—they were cold and sometimes incorrect. But now, the food has improved, and they're really enjoying it. Plus, there are activities for those who want to join in.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations"
This place seemed nice at first, but once you're here, you notice a lot of problems. They don't have enough staff, especially at night and on weekends. There's no registered nurse except during the week. The person in charge of memory care didn't seem to care and didn't help when some staff stole money, credit cards, and jewelry from the residents. The food is really bad, which is surprising for such a fancy place. It's sad that the residents don't get good meals.

"How The Community is Like"
We recently moved to this assisted living facility, and everything has been smooth. Due to a hurricane, they temporarily evacuated the residents, but my uncle has been back home for two weeks now. He's doing well, just as we expected. The staff helped with his medication, drove him to doctor appointments, and collaborated effectively with his Physical Therapist. It's convenient for me to meet him during his appointments. The staff is kind, caring, and calm. The community is small enough to feel like family. So far, things have been okay, and my uncle enjoys the meals from the dining room.

"Wonderful Place for My Loved Ones!"
All the staff at Hunters Crossing have been wonderful from day one! I had to move my mom and dad from a previous place, and they are 100% better cared for and happy here. I also noticed the other residents are happy! The staff is very caring and considerate. They quickly solve any problem, no matter how small or big. Most importantly, mom and dad are happy! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

"Modern, Clean, and Welcoming Environment"
The owner was very helpful and gave a great tour. I love the location—close to my daughter’s family and shopping. The place is modern, clean, and welcoming. The residents looked happy and well cared for, with an inviting meal plan. Everyone seemed relaxed and comfortable. I was very impressed with the entire atmosphere.

"Sister-in-law enjoyed her stay"
My sister-in-law stayed here while we were away. She enjoyed her time and joined in on the activities they had. The only downside was the food; it didn’t taste great and didn’t offer many choices. Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend or loved one.

"My Aunt's New Home"
My aunt is very happy here. The staff is always helpful with her needs. She likes the variety of food. She joins in activities with her friends, which makes her feel at home. I'm very happy to see her enjoying it here and would recommend this place to other families.
