"Mixed Experience with Staff, Recommends with Communication Emphasis"
Once the management stabilized (after frequent changes), we've found the staff to be reliable and attentive. They're always friendly and know my loved one well. More diverse activities would be appreciated for better stimulation among residents. Overall, I recommend this facility, stressing the importance of ongoing family communication for optimal care.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility Experience"
The process felt overwhelming. When we arrived, the floor was somewhat dirty, but it was okay overall. She is incredibly friendly, sweet, and caring—the best I've met! They keep the elderly residents busy. In my opinion, all assisted living places are too expensive.

"Shaky Bridge to Gazebo Poses Fall and Injury Risks"
This bridge leading to the gazebo is shaky. I got a splinter in my hand from touching the handrail. The bridge could also pose a safety hazard if someone slipped off. A person could tumble right into the pond. There needs to be upright bars added to the handrail to avoid accidents like this.

"Comfortable and Welcoming Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
My mom has been living at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch for 6 months. We checked out 5 places nearby, but none felt right like Inspired Living did. The staff is really nice. Everyone is friendly, which was important because she moved from living alone and had to move to a new state to be close to us. Of all the places we looked at, Inspired Living has the best outdoor space. There are front porches and a big backyard with a pier by a large lake. There are walkways to an outdoor pool and bar area, and she can get everywhere easily on her scooter. They serve meals at certain times, but she can order food from the dining room any time of day. I heard the food was great, but there could be more variety. The manager, [[Name removed]], is working on that. The people who live there are really friendly. They go on trips to stores like Walmart on a bus, and they can also go to doctor appointments or other places close by. A doctor comes every week and she’s really good. There’s even a salon for hair and nails. They have lots of activities like bingo, poker, karaoke, music, and special events. Moving to assisted living is tough, but they’ve made it nice for my mom. "Outstanding care during a hurricane"
My mother-in-law lives at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch, and we recently went through Hurricane Irma with her. The staff has always been great, but this time, they went above and beyond. The building was safe, and the planning was excellent. [Removed], the leader on-site, organized everything, and the staff calmly took care of all the residents. Every staff member did more than just their regular jobs because they truly care about the people living there. It really showed. I want to personally thank the staff and many others. They worked together like a well-oiled machine of amazing people.

"Care and Comfort"
This is a great place for my mom's care. We love everything about this community! The menu offers lots of choices, and there are fun activities for her to enjoy with other residents. The environment is nice, and we recommend this community for anyone needing care for a loved one.

"Pleasant New Home with Cozy Apartments"
This new place is really nice. The apartments don't have big kitchens. We liked it here. It's like Tuscan Gardens, which is closer to where we want. The person who showed us around was really nice.

The food here is really good, and the chef interacts with everyone. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, and they have daily activities. I suggest visiting to see if it's a good fit for your loved one.

"Happy with Mom's New Home"
My mom is doing great at this place. Everything's going well, and we're happy. It's clean and nice here, and they take good care of everything. The staff is nice, and Mom feels comfortable with them. They have fun things to do here. Mom likes the food. We feel good knowing she's safe and taken care of. I've told lots of people about it because it's a good place.

"Stunning Facility, But Care and Response Time Fall Short"
The building is new and beautiful, but the quality of care isn't as advertised. There's a clear lack of follow-up by most of the staff, and it seems like they aren't well-informed about their residents' conditions. It's such a challenging time to move a family member into assisted living, and the feelings of neglect only make it harder. Even though they have all the fancy features, the promises made by their marketing team about the level of care seem misleading. Each resident has a door key and a call button on a neat little bracelet. But, it's disappointing when it takes up to 25 minutes for someone to respond to a call button; that's inexcusable in my opinion.

"Upscale Assisted Living with Excellent Staff and Amenities"
I love Inspired Living because it feels like a fancy hotel! It's in a great spot, and the staff is top-notch. We picked it because of that, plus they have a gym with trainers. I gave it 4 stars because it's a bit expensive, and we haven't tried the activities yet, but maybe we will soon.

"So grateful we found Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch!"
We moved our mom to Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch this week. She is almost 91, legally blind, and hard of hearing, so we were really worried about the move. But the experience has been so much better than we expected. From the first time I visited the facility for a caregiver program, to researching other places, signing the lease, and moving in, I have been impressed with the staff's professionalism and the warmth of everyone we met. When we got mom settled in her new room, it truly felt like home! The staff came by to introduce themselves, helped her adjust, and made sure she had company at meals so she wouldn't feel alone. I want to thank Nadine and her wellness team, Hope and the sales team, as well as the concierge, meal staff, chef, and General Manager. They were all welcoming and warm. It is such a relief to find a safe and loving home for mom. We are grateful she is now in a place where she can get the help she needs to live a full life for as long as she can. So glad we found Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch!

"A Perfect Place for Our Family!"
The staff at Inspired Living LWR is amazing! They care a lot and really focus on each resident's needs. They make family feel welcome and include us in activities. The brand new building is lovely, spacious, and very clean. They have top-notch technology to help residents right away if needed. Plus, they have a beautiful, heated pool with a lift chair that most places don’t have.

"Great place, but too expensive."
Mom and Dad really loved this place! It’s a new facility, very clean, and the staff is wonderful. Unfortunately, the price is quite high, and they might not be able to afford it.

"Doing Extremely Well"
They have done extremely well, but since it's a new place, they have some minor kinks to work out. Sometimes the food is very good, sometimes not as good. Overall, I'd say they are doing well.
