"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
They don’t have enough staff to help residents quickly. It seems like they intentionally keep fewer staff for more profit. I thought they’d handle care management, but when they’re short-staffed, residents suffer. I pay for services I don’t receive. Because of this, I still need my own 2 caregivers for my parents 46 hours a week. I have to check every bill carefully because they’ve charged me for care levels I didn’t approve, unnecessary prescriptions, and even 50 nitroglycerin pills in 60 days! The food is just okay—mostly fried—and they often run out of daily special side dishes.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Things started off well, with friendly staff and helpful service. But over time, some helpers left, and the quality of care dropped, except for a few who stayed consistent. The food, once great, became average after the chef left. Activities were enjoyable, but when my mom needed help urgently, it took over two hours for a response, and she ended up in the hospital. We chose this place because of its friendly atmosphere and unique features, despite other options being pricier and farther from my brother's home.

The staff at Inspired Living is friendly, but the food they serve is terrible, and the laundry often gets mixed up. Our loved ones' sheets aren't made properly, and the rooms aren't cleaned. Overall, the food quality is poor.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The front desk staff is great, and the dining room staff serves good food. The room is nice, but there are issues with the Health Aids not responding promptly to call buttons, neglecting hearing aids, and forgetting to open blinds. Unfortunately, the Maintenance staff is unhelpful, requiring multiple requests to fix things like a closet door.

"Great facility with poor communication during rejection process"
I visited this place to see if it would be a good fit for my mom. It seemed perfect, with nice staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, they couldn't accept my mom after the evaluation by the doctor or hospital. The rejection process was confusing because they didn't communicate well about it.

The director and doctor showed me everything and were really helpful. The staff I've met have been awesome. My loved one enjoys the food, and there are some fun activities every day. The place is clean and well-maintained.

"Lovely but costly"
We toured this place while looking for my mom. It was really nice and we were super impressed. The community is beautiful, and each suite has a private patio, which is a cool feature. The only downside was the cost. It was way too expensive for us.

"New community, great food, caring staff—highly recommend!"
This is a new community with two activities directors who are working hard to expand what’s offered. They serve fresh vegetables, and the food options are healthier and more varied compared to my mom's previous place. Housekeeping keeps everything clean. The staff knows every resident by name and treats them with respect. The nurses are very caring and respond quickly to my questions. I recommend this community.
