"Great Communication and Caring Staff"
My loved one lived here for a while. Cleanliness was okay, but the communication with our family was great. I got frequent updates on my loved one, both for big and small things. I can't praise the communication enough. The staff, both nurses and administration, were really good.

"Top-Notch Care and Service at Our Assisted Living Facility"
The doctors and nurses are really great. The people who make the food are improving all the time. The staff who clean the rooms do an excellent job! It's crucial that I trust, respect, and look up to our wellness director, [name removed]. She really helped me when I had trouble breathing. She was amazing, we've never had better.

"Friendly Staff and Fun Outings"
The staff is friendly, and I enjoy the outings. I’d prefer carpet over vinyl, but I’ve made great friends.

"Charming, Small Facility with Uncertain Memory Care Happiness"
The community was unique and had a nice, small, one-story setup. They mentioned having a memory care unit, but I wasn’t sure if my loved one would be happy there.

"Feels Less Like Assisted Living - More Like Run-Down Home"
My Mom and I had planned a tour of this place well in advance. When we arrived for our scheduled tour, the person who was supposed to show us around wasn't even there. They stuck us with someone from the money department instead. The rooms had these scent things in them, making me think they were covering up bad smells. When I asked to see their inspection report, the girl had no idea what I meant, and she ended up giving me some wrong documents. She also couldn't answer lots of my questions about the place. The rooms were just awful; there wasn't one nice thing about them. The place felt really run-down to me. The folks were friendly, and the front desk person was great, but the place didn’t make me feel comfortable.

"Great place with caring staff and fun activities!"
My aunt is doing great here, and she likes her apartment and the community. The staff is friendly and caring. She enjoys going to the dining room, where there's a great menu with lots of choices, and the food is good too. There are many activities, special events, and field trips that she participates in. We would definitely recommend taking a tour of this community.

"Wonderful care and activities at Juniper assisted living!"
My sister has been at Juniper for almost a year now. The staff takes great care of her, and they really know what they're doing. The wellness and dietary teams are excellent. The community administrator is easy to work with and very helpful. The community relations person truly cares about everything that happens there. The activity director plans a lot of fun events and activities for residents and their families, especially on holidays and some weekends. Everyone does a great job. I highly recommend this place!

"Mom is very happy at Juniper Village!"
My mom has lived in Juniper Village for three years, and she loves it! Sometimes when I pick her up to take her to my house, she always says she wants to go home, meaning Juniper. She is so happy, and everyone there is wonderful and pleasant. It’s hard to find the right words to describe how great it is. Everyone is always happy and smiling. This place feels like heaven!

"Welcoming Community with Great Staff and Elevator Access!"
I really liked how this place looked. It's all nicely decorated. The people I met when I visited were friendly. It used to be a hotel, so they have an elevator and different floors. But it's not one of those places where you can't leave.

"Review of assisted living facility – happy with care"
My sister-in-law has lived here for about a year. She likes it, and we have been very happy with her care. The staff really try to help the patients in every way they can. We are only moving her because they don’t take long-term Medicaid. When we visited, they said they accept Medicaid, but it’s not long-term.

"Very nice place, a few details they could improve"
Overall, we're very happy with Juniper Village at Cape Coral. It's a really nice place! The residents are happy and friendly, the staff is amazing, and there are lots of great activities and outings. Their dining service is like a restaurant, so you can choose what you want from a menu for meals. You can tell the staff really care about the residents, treating them with love and respect, and they really try to keep everyone active and engaged! However, there are a few things I'm not happy with. We've had some trouble with the billing service, and I've had to double-check the bill every month to make sure we're being charged correctly. Also, during the tour, they told us she'd be able to keep her dog, but I think they just said that to keep us interested since nobody at the facility has any pets.

"Very nice, but an older facility."
We visited Juniper Village while exploring our options. It’s a nice place, but it’s an older facility. I liked most things about it, except for the narrow hallways connecting the resident rooms and the ‘studio’ apartment setup. Also, it’s a bit farther from us than we’d prefer.

"Great facility, but costs can become a big issue"
My loved one lived here for 3 years before needing more care, so we had to move her. Juniper Village did an amazing job the whole time she was here, and we were really sad to leave. Unfortunately, the cost was already high, and as her care needs grew, the price became a big problem.

"Happy with it, great staff, good care, highly recommend!"
We are very happy with this place and would recommend it. The nurses noticed a medical condition even the doctor missed. They really focus on his needs, while giving him space. They encourage him to join activities and make sure he's comfortable. It's affordable compared to other places in town, and although it's in an older building, it's very well taken care of. The maintenance man is proud of his work, even helping us plan the room setup. The food is good, and my dad's eating more. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares, always offering help. They even take residents out for fun outings.
