Kozy Kove Assisted Living Facility

"“Caring, Clean Kozy Kove Impresses!”"
The community stayed really clean. The owner pays close attention to details, which reflects in the care, staff, and cleanliness. I gave them 4 stars because I prefer more communication, and sometimes the owner takes a while to respond. Still, I recommend Kozy Kove to everyone—the owner genuinely cares about all the residents. No bed sores for any of them, even those who rarely leave their beds. We were pleasantly surprised! On Christmas, the owner even gave my mom gifts and shared photos of the parties and decorations.

"Wonderful care and support at Kozy Kove for my aunt"
I was lucky to move my elderly aunt to Kozy Kove earlier this year after she had trouble staying in her previous assisted living place because of behavior issues. It was a tough situation because her old facility wanted her to move out right away. [Name removed], the administrator at Kozy Kove, went above and beyond to help us with the move, even doing it after hours. She also helped with packing and organizing my aunt’s things. Kozy Kove is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful and seem to handle even the more challenging patients with care. I’m really glad I found such a kind and nice place for my aunt!

"Mom's Bad Experience at Care Facility"
My family member wasn't happy with her time at this place. She was really bored all day and there wasn't anything fun for her to do. It seemed like the staff didn't really care about what my mom required and didn't really pay attention to her. My mom won't be going back to this facility.

"Great care, clean, and friendly environment!"
This place is very nice and a bit pricey, but it's excellent. Mrs. Harper, the owner, is friendly, proper, and kind. The helpers are nice, too. The facility is spotless; you could eat off the floor! There are about six or seven residents. My husband has gone there a few times for daycare. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. It costs $60 from 7 AM to 6:30 PM. I hope to live here when I need help, too!

""Paying $2,700: Diapers Extra, Rising Costs, Not Impressive""
The $2,700 pricing is somewhat flexible, yet one needs to work part-time apart from this to escape certain circumstances. The fleecing of charges for daily necessities like diapers annoys me, not to mention the rising cost of living. Honestly, I'm not very thrilled by my experience here.
