"Disappointing Changes: A Review of Assisted Living Facility"
I moved in here in August 2019, when it was called Brookdale. It was good then. But in January 2020, it got sold, and things went downhill. The food quality got worse, and the choices became limited. The new chef isn't doing a good job. Sometimes, the food is not just bad; it's also cold and tastes awful. And all we hear are excuses. Cleaning services are not up to par. Many staff members leave because they don't get paid well. So, don't expect a thorough cleaning. They promised deep cleaning every 4 years, but it hasn't happened. Weekly cleaning isn't great either. If you complain, the department managers don't like it. They'll give you a bad label, so new people are scared to speak up. The windows in our condos leak when it rains. But they say they don't have replacement glass for the old windows. Thankfully, ours got replaced before we moved in. There's a lot of mold here. I asked for our pipes to be cleaned because the mold was making me sick. The filters were black, and there's mold in the staircases too.

"Lovely location, too large for personalized care"
Lake Seminole Square is a really pretty place located right by the lake. However, for my loved one, it was too big. We didn't think it would meet his needs or give him the personal care he needs.

"Great Food and Fun Activities at Lake Seminole Square"
The community looks nice. The food is great. There are activities to do. The rooms are a good size. The outdoor space is really nice. We’ve had a good time at Lake Seminole Square.

"Aunt and Uncle Happy at Assisted Living, Some Medication Concerns"
This place is great! My aunt and uncle tried it out first and liked it so much they decided to stay on a month-to-month basis. They're happy overall. Food's good, they go on nice trips, and it's clean. Only issue is with aunt's meds—she wishes they'd explain changes better. The staff is caring and attentive. Overall, it's a good community and I'd recommend it.

"Lovely facility for independent living, costly for higher care needs."
My family stayed at this community for a while, but when my parents needed more care, we had to find another place. It's a nice place for people who can live on their own or just need a little help. The building is beautiful, and the staff are kind and ready to assist. However, as my parents required more help, we had to hire an expensive outside service recommended by the facility. Eventually, we decided to move them to a place focused on assisted living and closer to our family.

"Nice place for those with lower care needs"
My family members stayed at this place for a while, but then their health needs changed, and they had to move. It's a really nice community for people who can take care of themselves or only need a little help. The place is beautiful, and the staff are friendly. However, when my parents needed more assistance, we had to hire an expensive outside service. Eventually, we found a better place for them that focuses more on assisted living and is closer to our family.
