"Poor Food Quality and Cleaning at Assisted Living Facility"
Most of the time, the fruits and vegetables they serve are canned. The portions of meat at lunch are pretty small; usually it's maybe one or two chicken tenders for dinner, and they're not even cooked that well. The lock on the door was broken, and the staff would end up waking him up in the middle of the night when they came to check on him because they had so much trouble getting the key to work. The person who did his laundry did a really good job, but it seemed like they didn't clean his room very often. They need to do a better job with the food, the activities, and keeping the rooms clean. Also, some of the nurses were not really nice.

"Great Assisted Living Choice"
Leigh Acres Place has its ups and downs, but the staff is always helpful. The nursing team ensures timely medication administration and provides comfort. The kitchen serves balanced meals, and the rooms are clean. A great living option.

"Friendly Staff and Great Breakfast!"
I've been here for 2 years. Breakfast is the best because it's made to order. The staff is amazing.

"Great Tour Guide and Helpful Recommendations"
The lady who showed us around was fantastic. She even reached out later and recommended other places to check out when we realized Lehigh Acres Place wasn't right for my parents' unique needs.

"Mixed Feelings About Lehigh Acres Assisted Living"
We visited Lehigh Acres for a tour. It's small and cozy, and the staff were nice. It used to be a Brookdale facility. However, we didn't pick it because when my fiance and his mom tried the food, they didn't like it. But some residents there said they enjoy it.

"Great care and comfort at Lehigh Acres Place for Mom"
My mom is really happy at Lehigh Acres Place. She loves her apartment, especially how it's cleaned and her bed is changed weekly. She enjoys the food choices and portion sizes. She’s very active in the activities they offer. The small size of the facility is reassuring because they check on her several times a day. As her daughter, I’m not worried about her health because they monitor her closely and let me know if anything changes with her health or medication. The cost of living there fits her monthly budget, and the staff helps keep it affordable for us.

"Untrustworthy Director and Understaffed Assisted Living Facility!"
The head man there talks a good game, promising personal attention for everyone, but there just aren't enough employees to actually do all that. He's about as trustworthy as a guy trying to sell you a junky old car. Some of the nurses are really good, but they're outnumbered by all the people they're supposed to take care of. This place is more set up for folks with memory problems, not just regular assisted living. My time here was not good at all!! I wouldn't tell anyone to come here.
