"Bracket Summary"
runs a deplorable nursing home where every resident shares one bathroom. The hygiene is abysmal - my dad was found drinking from a mold-ridden mug. They lied about the balance, trying to trick me into paying extra money which I luckily didn't fall for. Beyond financial issues, they threatened to kick my father out onto the streets. Moreover, the assigned doctor was dishonest about treatments and heavily medicated the seniors probably to keep them in a daze and thus out of the facility staff's way. When I tried to remove my father from this nightmare, the staff made it as difficult as possible, taking months of struggle to finally get him home. Please, don't let your loved ones endure the horrors of this place led by ". : "Moldy Mugs, Shared Bathroom, and Lies at 's Facility

"Unfit Living Conditions at Assisted Living Facility, PTSD Triggered"
I lived there for ten terrible months! The place was dreadful. The staff, with little training or education, didn't care about us residents. The owners were more concerned about money over wellbeing. Can you believe they only had two bathrooms for 24 residents? There was nothing to do but smoke and watch TV. We hardly had any food except when a church donated or unless you count canned ravioli and beef stew as food. I've seen and heard so many unsettling things there that I'm now dealing with major PTSD. I wasted months there that I can't get back but I can sure warn others. Seriously, stay away!

"Unbearable Living Conditions: Staff Nescience & Subpar Food"
TERRIBLE! I've spent 10 NEVER-ENDING months there. Simple human necessities were disregarded. The owner continuously recruits workers from unsafe neighborhoods without regard for their criminal records, and also seeks out residents from mental health facilities. The staff lacks adequate training and seems utterly indifferent. Majority of meals come as donations from a local church, except for canned ravioli and beef stew. STEER CLEAR AT ALL TIMES!

"Avoid this Filthy, Unlivable Assisted Living Facility"
This place is just the worst. It's super dirty and pretty much impossible to live in. I mean, the smell of pee was everywhere and I wanted to get out fast. You can totally see that they aren't keeping this place clean no matter where you look. I seriously don't get how it's still open. I can't say it loudly enough - nobody should let anyone they care about live here. It's a shock that some people actually do.

"Stay Away: Terribly Unsanitary Assisted Living Facility"
This assisted living facility is terrible. It's completely filthy and practically uninhabitable due to the awful living conditions. There was such a strong stench of urine, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Everywhere you turn, it's easy to see that the place isn't being cleaned thoroughly or regularly. It's unclear to me how this establishment hasn't been closed down. I really can't overstate that no one should let someone they care about live in such a pitiable place and I'm bewildered that any do.

"Horrifying Conditions Observed at Assisted Living Facility For Mom "
Oh wow, my family just toured this place looking for somewhere for our mom. We were absolutely shocked by the dreadful state of the whole place. The outside area looked bad already, with a chain link fence leading to a porch filled with mismatched chairs and a table. The entire house was incredibly dirty. It looked like food had been thrown all around, with crumbs littering the floor. The grimy windows were so dirty that you could hardly see out. It seemed as though nobody had cleaned in a long time with layers of grime in the corners and along the walls. The tiny bedrooms, each with 2 dirty and disarrayed beds, were also a mess. In the very same room, a bed that had recently housed a deceased tenant was shown to us without anyone having cleaned it. And the restrooms, they were horrendous. It's beyond me how anyone could live in such conditions. It had a depressing feel and a terrible smell, the stench of urine was unmistakable. We were in a hurry to leave. It was a dreadful experience. I now get why there are no pictures of the place. This place should not be on any list of suggested facilities. I wish we hadn't even set foot past the entrance.

"Shocking Conditions. Filthy, Odorous, and Gloom-filled Facility."
Oh boy. Me and my family just finished touring this facility as we're searching for a place for our mom. From start to finish, we were horrified by the dreadful conditions we saw throughout the facility. As we approached the building, we were greeted by a rusty chain link fence and a shabby porch, adorned with mismatched furniture. The interior was completely unclean. There was food littering the floors, suggesting a recent food fight, and windows so grimy that it was hard to see through them. It appeared as if no cleaning had been done for a long time, with dust and dirt accumulating in corners and along walls. The bedroom, designed for two but currently vacant, was messy and unclean. The room became available after a resident passed away and it had not been cleaned since. The bathrooms were equally horrifying. It's hard to imagine anyone considering living there. The whole atmosphere was gloomy and the facility had a foul odor. We detected a smell of urine. We couldn't leave fast enough. It was a terrible visit. There's a reason why they don't have any photographs. This place should definitely not be on any list of recommended homes. I wish we had left immediately after entering the gate.

"Caring staff makes mom happy and healthy"
My beloved mother lives at Magnolia Acres and she is happy and healthy. Our family checked out many places before bringing her here and found this place to be warm, friendly, clean, and efficient. It feels like a big, caring family where the staff actually knows my mom, her likes and dislikes, and they call her by her name and a sweet nickname. They provide home-cooked meals, help her feed herself, take her outside for fresh air, and do little things like letting her pick her nail polish color for a manicure. They help her with crafts and listen to her. She is respected here, not just treated like a number like at other bigger places. We are blessed to have her at Magnolia Acres.

"A wonderful place that feels just like home!"
This facility is a state-of-the-art place where my mom lived for a while. Even though she is no longer with us, we still cherish the great memories she made here. It truly feels like home. They provide three gourmet meals a day along with snacks, transportation to doctor appointments, shopping, and banking. There are social outings and a wide variety of activities available, plus housekeeping and laundry services at reasonable prices. The room where I visited my mom felt like a little apartment, with a kitchenette, a small living room, and a bedroom filled with her personal things, making it cozy. Last time I was there, I saw many residents in a common area taking a painting class. There are small common areas all around, filled with books, TVs, couches, and dining areas. There are also nursing stations, but they can be hard to find if you're just looking around casually. Overall, it’s a nice setup for anyone considering assisted living.

"Magnolia Acres: Caring Staff and Fun Activities for Residents"
Magnolia Acres is a perfect 10 out of 10. The staff is caring, friendly, and treats residents like friends, not just clients. I even got to join them at a professional dance show, among other fun activities. If you don’t want your loved one in a place where staff only cares about money, I highly recommend Magnolia Acres. They guarantee top-notch care.
