"Avoid This Horrendous Facility for Loved Ones"
This place is terrible for your loved ones; I've experienced it personally. Don't ever send your family to this place.

"Great Food Choices at New Port Richey Center"
I want to share that they let me choose my food. Having a choice is really important. I’ve been living at New Port Richey Center for 4 years. My son found this place for me.

"Deceitful Staff and Poor Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
Don't get tricked by their welcoming act! These folks will tell you whatever you want to hear about the care of your loved one, but it's all just lies! The medication aide and the person in charge of the kitchen behave like strict military commanders, making your family members feel unimportant. Worse, the place is unsanitary! Their executives lack strong leadership!!

"Promises Unkept: Don't Trust Initial Assurances"
False promises. False promises everywhere. When you arrive, all you hear is excuses, excuses from management. Don't trust what you're told during your first visit.

"Moderate Review of Affordable, Converted Church Assisted Living Facility"
This place used to be a church and school. Now, it's full of big rooms that include built-in furniture. Each unit even has its own bathroom and shower, and all rooms measure the same size. The tile floors could be much better if there were some carpets on them. It's got a huge room for activities, and everyone on staff was nice. All of the people living here seemed really happy. Plus, the dining area was pretty nice. With a cost of $4900, it's a pretty cheap choice.

"Super friendly staff, great care!"
Summit at New Port Richey is a great place! The staff are super friendly—I even know many of them by their first names. Moving in was easy and smooth, and they really take good care of my loved one. My only complaint is the food. They promised low salt/low fat meals, but it doesn’t seem that way, and they don't serve many fresh fruits and veggies.

""Avoid This Facility: Profit Before Care""
I strongly advise against choosing this place for anyone. It's my sincerest wish that they shut it down for the wellbeing of the people living there. This facility tricked us into picking it, and in less than 2 weeks, I had to hurry to get my relative out of there. It seems like they are more interested in filling their pockets with money than in taking care of their residents.
