"Mixed Experience, Poor Communication, Good Food"
The place doesn't keep in touch well. They take forever to deal with problems. We had to email the boss a lot and still got slow replies. It seems like the people running things don't talk to each other. When we moved Mom and Dad in, nobody bothered to follow up. They put on a good show when you visit, but it's not all that great. They have different levels of care but won't tell us what each one includes. They always seem to want to charge us more for things. They say they clean lightly, but we keep finding dirt. Even when we complain, it doesn't get better. The staff are nice but not consistent. The nurses don't pass on messages or follow up. The food is yummy, though. They make sure Mom and Dad get their meals even if they don't go to the dining room. The place isn't as pricey as others, but it's not worth it for the quality of service.

"Assisted Living Facility Review Summary"
The facility should provide clearer orientation for residents, including assistance. Currently, it's confusing with no follow-up. More activities are needed to prevent residents from staying in their rooms all day, only coming out for meals. The place itself is nice and quiet but could use some updates. The staff members you encounter are friendly. Overall, the facility should ensure that anyone entering can fully enjoy their services by being mobile.

"Positive tour but property lacks modern vibrancy, slightly dated feel."
Our family visited Park Summit in person and found the tour very good. It was among our favorites, but the downside was the property—it wasn't as modern and lively as we hoped. It seemed a bit old-fashioned.

"Great place, but lacks memory care option for future needs"
We really liked Park Summit; it was our second choice. I felt comfortable and loved the cozy atmosphere. The staff were great, and the other residents were friendly. We didn't choose this place because they don't offer memory care. Although my loved one doesn't need it now, we wanted the option in case it’s needed later so we wouldn’t have to move again.

"Pleasant Stay with Great Food and Friendly Company"
I really like living here so far. Everything has been very good, and I don't have any complaints. One thing I especially enjoy is that I don't have to cook. The food here is surprisingly tasty; it's much better than typical cafeteria food. I'm also enjoying getting to know the other people who live here, and I'm excited to make more friends. Overall, I think this place is a great value.
