"Lack of Care at Assisted Living Facility Causes Health Decline"
It'd be better to keep your loved one at home and find help there if you can. My dad lost more than 11 lbs during his 3 weeks stay and it felt like they couldn't care less once he was out the door, as though they had somehow sorted out his problems. The opposite's true - they only worsened his health issues and nobody, even those in charge, seemed willing to lend a hand! The Nursing Director claimed dad lost weight in rehab because he was moving more in the 20 days he was there. Come on, he's 91 years old! I'm seriously disappointed with this so-called 'best place' around here. Our seniors deserve so much better than this. The state of senior healthcare in our country still has a long way to go. It's only going to improve when these facilities stop caring about profits first!

"Spacious Rooms and Amenities"
We’re putting down a deposit on Monday. It’s a bit expensive, but it has everything we want—even a choral group. The rooms are the biggest we’ve seen.

"Expensive, Oversized Assisted Living Falls Short for Parents"
Regency Oaks looks fancy, but it's too big and doesn't help my parents enough. The fees are too expensive.

"Great tour with friendly staff and fun activities!"
I had a nice tour of the facility. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had. They gave a great tour, and everything looked very clean. They also have activities for everyone. I think this would have been a great choice for my mom if she didn't want to stay at home.

"Regency Oaks: Flexible, Understanding, and Sensitive Care for Seniors"
We were moving my Mom from her house in Delray Beach to an Independent Living community for all the usual reasons. I toured Regency Oaks and it felt like the right place for my Mom. The team there was amazing and thorough. We had some issues on our side, but the team at Regency was very flexible and understanding. In the end, they helped us get a nice apartment for my Mom and did it very sensitively (nobody likes change, especially at 86) with great results. The Regency team really understands this and does a great job helping with change by having a great staff and community volunteers.

"Great Support for Seniors During Tough Moves"
My mom moved from her house in Delray Beach to an Independent Living community, and Regency Oaks turned out to be the perfect place for her. The team there was amazing and very thorough. We had some problems with getting everything sorted out on our end, but the people at Regency Oaks were really flexible and understanding. In the end, they helped us find a nice apartment for my mom and handled everything with great sensitivity. Moving at 86 isn't easy, but they made it as smooth as possible. Regency Oaks truly excels at helping with change thanks to their fantastic staff and community volunteers.

"I Wish I Had More Information"
I visited an assisted living facility with the Executive Chef. Loved what I saw, but my appointment wasn't confirmed. The Chef couldn't answer all my questions, but he was kind and printed the weekly menu for me. If it were closer to home and I knew the fees, my parents might have stayed here.

"Dishonest Sales Tactics Ruin Trust in Regency Oaks"
The lady selling us the place wasn't honest at all, which really damaged our trust in Regency Oaks. You would think they would want to be honest and show that they have good values. But when we complained about being lied to, no one in management did anything.

"Wonderful staff and great care at Regency Oaks!"
The Sales and Marketing team at Regency Oaks was super helpful when I was searching for a place for my mother, who now lives there. They answered every question and met every request along the way. The staff at Regency Oaks is amazing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a Continuity of Care Facility.

"Outstanding care and support for residents and families!"
Regency Oaks is a fantastic place! I would give them top marks in every area. They have been very helpful to both me and my mother during the whole process. They always went the extra mile to welcome Mom into their community and make her feel at home.

"Fine Community"
The community was okay, and my apartment was fine. Everything was clean, but the food wasn’t great. They needed better employees, especially the food manager who wasn’t qualified.

"Great Facility with Minor Setup Issues and Flexible Pricing"
The facility is great! We've had a few hiccups setting up her room, but overall, it's very good. They offer both continuing care and life care, and the cost depends on the size of the unit.

"Continuance Care community Provides Security and Comfort in Safety Harbor"
Continuance Care community means you buy a unit upfront, and they make a contract so you'll always have a place to live (monthly rent can be waived) even if financial hardship strikes. I find this somewhat appealing. The LOCATION in Safety Harbor is quite nice.
