"Quality Decline Over Time at Assisted Living Facility"
This place was good at first but became just okay in three years. There were lots of different managers. They didn't take good care of the patients. The staff was always changing. The food was yucky - it got even worse over time.

"Poor Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
My husband, who is the Power of Attorney (POA) for our friend, has spent half an hour trying to reach the assisted living facility. Our friend was diagnosed months ago, and we were supposed to receive weekly health updates. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything in two months. Living 15 hours away, we can't just drop by to check on things. Since the facility is now corporate-owned, communication has been terrible. We're worried about our relative's care.

""Unpleasant Smell and Careless Staff at Assisted Living Facility""
As soon as you step in, the awful smell hits you. A few employees were indeed supportive, yet many failed to perform their duties. Mom was supposed to have showers three times a week, but they only managed two for the entire month she stayed.

"Mixed Impressions at Assisted Living"
The common area looked nice, but the apartments were dark and smelled. The hallways needed cleaning and fresh paint. Not ideal for Mom.

"Small Rooms, Not Ideal for Two People"
The rooms are tiny, like hotel rooms, and not suitable for two people.

"Comfortable Living Environment with Supportive Staff"
This assisted living facility has a nice ground floor with plenty of open space, including a large, well-lit dining room. However, the bedrooms are on the smaller side, which could be a bit snug even for just a small bed, chair, and dresser. The rooms used to be part of a hotel, so they still have that hotel-like feel. It's disappointing that the closets are small and shared among residents. On the positive side, the bathroom is spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair, which is a great feature. During my visit, I observed residents engaged in activities in the dining room under supervision, which was reassuring to see. The facility also has good disaster plans in place, and the staffing seems adequate for the residents' needs.

"Caring Staff and Comfortable Environment"
My wife wanted a place where she could feel comfortable and receive help with everyday tasks like dressing, eating, and other basic needs. The staff does their best to meet her needs and also takes care of the other residents. The facility is clean and the staff is caring.

"Great care during a tough time"
My husband stayed in Assisted Living, and while I was away, he liked visiting with my friends. Unfortunately, he fell and they quickly took him to the hospital. Sadly, he had a stroke. The staff took excellent care of him, and I have no complaints about the community.

"Disappointed with Uninformed Tour and Facility’s Layout"
I scheduled a visit to check out this place. But when I arrived, the staff member who was supposed to show me around wasn’t there. Instead, I only received some details about the living area. They never bothered to phone me about the change. Also, I wasn’t happy that the building has many floors and it’s right next to a busy road.

"Facility Tour Disappointment: Guide Absent, Too Many Floors"
I had a schedule to visit and check out this place. But my tour guide was absent and no one informed me about this in advance. I only gathered some data about the place. I wasn't really pleased about the place being structured on different levels, and its location near the major road didn't appeal to me.

"Not a great fit!"
We really didn't like Regency Park. It used to be a hotel, and it still feels that way when you step inside. The hallways and everything about it just didn't appeal to us. While they had activities and friendly people like any other place, it wasn't what we were searching for.

"Great care and friendly staff!"
Everything is going great since my mom moved here. I know she is safe and getting good care. The staff is helpful and kind. I feel comfortable with her being in this community, and I would recommend it.

"My Mom Is Happy Here"
My mom is doing really well. She likes it there and is happy in the memory care wing. I believe she’s getting the right level of care. It’s a busy place, but she’s okay and seems happy with their care.

"Good care but unsure about long-term stay due to staff"
My mom is getting better at this care residence. I can tell they're taking good care of her and she's safe. All their work to assist her is great. But I am not sure if she'd stay here for a very long time. They do not have a lot of staff, which makes me worry a bit. This place could be really nice for a certain person, and I would suggest it to others.

"I would recommend Regency Park for your loved one."
I really like that this place is small, and the residents quickly become friends and help new folks settle in. The food, prepared by a chef, is excellent—three full meals a day plus snacks. The staff is super friendly and caring. The only problem I’ve had is following up on medical issues like flu shots and nail care; I had to ask multiple times. There are plenty of activities, but sometimes it’s hard to get residents to attend. My relative hasn’t been to one in two months. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility.

"**"Joyful at Regency Park"**"
I notice that my Mom gets everything she requires and stays occupied most of the time. But the most crucial thing is that she's genuinely happy at Regency Park.
