"Loved One’s Isolation in Good Community"
The community is nice, but our loved one doesn’t have family nearby.

"Impressive Appearance, Lackluster Communication"
We visited this place, and it seemed like they wanted to show off instead of explaining how they could help our family member. The place looked nice, and the staff was friendly.

"Loved One Picky About Assisted Living Facility Fit, Otherwise Very Nice"
We visited this place in person, and it was really nice. But our family member is very picky, and he didn't feel it would suit him well.

"Avoid This Facility: Poor Memory Care, High Resident Turnover"
Definitely don't let your folks move here. The memory care is the absolute pits! Negative! People are leaving more than moving in. Every staff member is just wound up so tight.
