"Disappointed with missing nurse, found new living arrangements."
I visited Savannah Court a few months back for a tour. Sissy, the nurse who showed us around, was really great. She made us feel totally at ease about moving my dad there. But now, we found out she’s not there anymore. Because of that, we decided to find another place for my dad to live.

"Cozy Community with Room for Improvement"
This place is small and cute. The rooms are tiny, though. The staff is nice, but it costs a lot.

"Solid Choice for Independent Seniors in Comfortable Assisted Living Setting"
If someone can walk around and doesn't need help remembering things, this place is pretty good.

"Good Support, Needs Better Communication and More Activities"
Savannah Court of Haines City is helpful and works with you. The communication could be better. Once, they closed intake without telling families. The food seems pretty good, and they have activities, though my loved one wishes there were more.

"Bad communication despite nice facility; Not for advanced dementia patients"
I visited many places before deciding this was the best for her. But I was wrong. She was hospitalized just after a few days there and no one even informed me. We had a bad experience overall. Though the building itself was nice and comfortable. I'd tell other people about this place, but not for those whose loved ones have severe dementia.

"Virginia's 100th Birthday"
My mother-in-law has been at Savannah Court for about 3 years. She's loved by the staff because of her personality. She makes everyone laugh, unless she's in one of her moods, which the staff notice and quickly address. She's always clean, no matter when we visit, and very well fed and entertained. A pastor visits weekly, which she enjoys. She'll be 100 on May 10, with a celebration on May 12. We highly recommend Savannah Court for its fantastic staff.

"Consequences of the Hurricane on Assisted Living Space"
When I first walked around this place, it looked really neat and spotless. However, the hurricane gave it a weird smell. I believe it can certainly improve, because it was in a great state before the storm. But the concern now is the potential mildew. Everyone working there was super friendly and eager to answer any queries. If they aren't sure, they'll find someone who is.

"Savannah Court of Haines City is wonderful!"
Where do I start? This community is so warm and inviting! From the moment you walk through the door, you feel at peace and at home. The staff treats you like family, and the decor is beautiful. As a visitor, I am treated with respect and feel like part of the SLM family. I also had the chance to eat lunch at Savannah Court of Haines City. The meals are not just satisfying but delicious. If I could rate SCHC, I would give it 5 stars for caring and compassion.

"Highly recommended, great care and a welcoming atmosphere."
Savannah Court of Haines City is highly recommended by me and my husband. His mother stayed there for a while, and she really enjoyed it. She was treated well and liked the employees a lot. After she passed away, I became the hairstylist and now look forward to spending Thursdays with the residents.

"Savannah Court's caring staff stands out"
Most senior centers offer clean rooms with good services. The difference at Savannah Court is the staff. They truly care about each resident and know everyone by their first name. No one is left out of activities if they can join. Every Wednesday, there's a live band and sing-along that both staff and residents enjoy. This, along with many other activities, makes Savannah Court stand out. All I can say is keep up the good work.

"A wonderful place to live!!"
When I was emotionally stressed and at my wits' end, walking into Savannah Court felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfort and ease, knowing my mom would be taken care of like family. I made several unexpected visits, and each time I felt more comfortable that this facility fit all my mom's needs. The regional director [Removed], the director [Removed], and the Community Relations Coordinator [Removed] Deal were amazing in guiding me through this tough task. The entire staff has been wonderfully attentive to all my mom's challenges and special needs. I feel very blessed to be part of the Savannah Court family in Haines City.

"Exceptional care at Savannah Court: Clean, friendly, and accommodating."
We're happy with what they've done for my mom and us. The place has 45 residents, it's clean and bright with lots of rooms to relax. The staff is happy, nice, and really helpful. Mom's a picky eater but she eats the meals here without fuss. The cook makes sure everyone's preferences are taken care of. Some residents get special meals like just soup or no meat if they need it. Mom's living conditions are clean, friendly, and spacious. There are plenty of rooms to hang out in. I couldn't ask for a nicer, friendlier, or more helpful staff. They're easy to work with and eager to help. Mom gets lots of hugs and kisses from them. She can be a handful because she's spoiled, stubborn, and anxious. But the staff is going above and beyond to make her comfortable. I highly recommend Savannah Court and would choose it again for her without hesitation.

"Disappointed Visit: Residents Unhappy and Staff Unhelpful"
When we visited, we didn't feel good vibes right from the start. The folks living there were all in wheelchairs and seemed really lifeless. The staff wasn't good at explaining what was going on either. We just didn't feel it was a good fit for us.

"Pits of a Home: Worst Eldercare Facility in Florida"
This eldercare home is the absolute pits. It's definitely not where you want to have your loved ones living. The staff here are super lazy and not at all nice. The boss is a total fibber. Plus, the food is real bad. Poor residents have to deal with bed bugs all the time. And forget about fun stuff to do or any cool outings for them to look forward to. There are tons of other places you can choose for your dear ones and believe me, this one should not be on your list. I heard that the boss snoops around in people's rooms when they're not there and rummages through their stuff. No one respects privacy here and no one keeps the place clean. You're lucky if you even get your laundry back, because they always seem to lose clothes. Someone from the Florida government really needs to check this place out.

"Great Fit at Savannah Court with Loving Care and Activities"
I visited Savannah Court and thought it would be a great fit for my father. I was really impressed. The staff I talked to were very knowledgeable and understanding. I felt they would take care of my father with a lot of love. The grounds were nicely kept and showed that they cared about the appearance of the place. The dining area was tidy, and it looked like the residents were well-fed. It had a nice, family-like feel, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone busy.

"Caring staff, great activities, highly recommend!"
Mom moved here to live with us. Sadly, we couldn't care for her anymore because of her Parkinson's Disease. She has lived at Savannah Court of Haines City for three years now, and the love and care she gets from the staff really warms our hearts. They make sure she gets her medicine, meals, and attends the many activities offered. Ellen, the Executive Director, and Marcy, the Resident Care Coordinator, are always there to guide us and support Mom's care. We are very happy with Savannah Court of Haines City and highly recommend them.

"Bright and Clean Assisted Living with '80s Decor"
The place has an '80s style decor, and it's clean and bright. Everything is on one level. However, if someone needs skilled nursing care later on, they'll have to find a different place.
