My mom has lived at The Club for a few years. It's clean, nice, safe, and close to my home. The best part is the friendly staff. We enjoyed their Thanksgiving dinner.

"Inadequate Staffing and Lack of Security at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is understaffed especially on the weekends. My family member managed to leave the premises, and I thought it was a secure place, but it wasn't. I even had to do their laundry myself. Plus, there's nothing fun to do there on the weekends. I would certainly not advise anyone to use this facility.

"Homey Assisted Living with Helpful Staff and Updates"
I really enjoy this place, although it’s a bit more expensive than others. [name removed] was super helpful and informative. The homey atmosphere is great, and they’re currently updating the carpets and paint. Plus, it’s conveniently close to our home.

"The First Week"
Certainly! Here’s the rewritten review in 8th-grade level American English: I really like she’s been a huge help with my Aunt. And is great too. But the patient coordinator, promised to call me back and never did. During my Aunt’s first week there, I worried about her transition, TV, and phone. The place is mostly clean, and the staff is nice. My Aunt enjoys the food. My only issue is that no one’s in charge on weekends for maintenance—you have to wait until Monday. Overall, I still like the place.

"Mom adjusted well and enjoys the activities here."
My mom is a resident at Savannah Court. She didn't want to go to assisted living and lived with us for five years. She has dementia but still manages pretty well. Eventually, my husband and I couldn't care for her anymore. When we brought her to Savannah Court, she adjusted so well, and the staff made her feel welcome. She plays games, has a group to eat and watch TV with, and enjoys watching everything going on around her. We couldn't ask for a better place for her.

"Things are going well for my mother-in-law!"
My mother-in-law moved here recently and is doing great. She is very active in the community, playing games and exercising. She hasn’t complained about the food, so it must be good. It could be more affordable for what they offer. We chose Savannah Court because it’s close to us, making it easy to visit.

"Excellent Care and Delicious Meals at Savannah Court of St. Cloud"
Savannah Court of St. Cloud is a fantastic place!!! When we moved our dad there, he needed a lot of care. The staff have done an amazing job helping him. He is now comfortable and well-fed. Thanks to Judy, he enjoys three meals a day and loves the food. All the staff are really attentive to the residents. Great job, Gail!!

"Overall, a good experience!"
I'm really happy with most things at Savannah Court of St. Cloud. One thing I would suggest is that the cleaning and laundry schedule could be better. My sister has dementia, and there have been a few times when they weren’t as patient with her as they should be. The food is good, but they need to let residents know about alternatives if they don’t like the main choice. My sister forgets she can ask, so if she doesn’t like the main option, she just doesn’t eat. Those are a few areas for improvement, but overall, it has been a good experience. The staff is great, and everything else has been wonderful.
