I recently toured this community and everything has been good for my loved one. The staff were punctual and answered all my questions thoroughly. I liked the open layout and amenities provided. However, it wasn't the right location for my brother in the end.

"Dreadful Conditions in Assisted Living with Filthy Residents and Staff"
Completely terrible! The facility was filthy, its inhabitants were unclean, and the staff was just as poor.

"Mixed Experience for Memory Care Residents in Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is friendly, but it's focused on dementia care, which limits socializing. Food is great, and most aides are excellent. Ideal for long-term memory care residents.

"Communication Issues and Care Inconsistencies"
They don’t talk to each other between shifts. The day shift girls act like the night shift girls don’t know anything. The girls at night don’t answer the bell, and my friend says it takes them hours to respond. I have to call before visiting to make sure he’s clean. One resident told me that people with visitors get attention, but those without don’t.

"Satisfying Services and Tasty Food"
They offer all the services we require. The activities seem nice, even though my family member doesn’t join in. Overall, I’m quite content. Plus, parking has never been an issue, and the food always looks appetizing.
