"Unsatisfactory Care Leads to Severe Health Problems, Lack of Response"
The attention given was subpar, leading to declining health. I ended up in the hospital due to severe dehydration after they took over 2 weeks to carry out required blood tests and an additional 10 days to give me the results. Getting in touch with the staff was a nightmare, they took forever to respond and they did not address my issues at all.

"Great staff, nice amenities, minor food complaints, overall happy"
The staff here are great and very attentive. They keep my mom informed about activities and make sure she feels included. They handle her medications and offer assistance without extra charges. My only issue is with the food, but my mom, who used to be a foodie, doesn't care much about it now and eats whatever is offered. Food isn’t as important to her anymore. Overall, it’s a friendly place. I visit every other day and see that it has a nice room with a pool table for family visits and a movie room. There are healthy drinks, water, and snacks available all the time. We’re really happy we moved Mom here.

"Seasons Largo: A So-So Experience"
Our visit to Seasons Largo was alright. When we stepped inside, it didn't feel as lively as other places we've been to. It wasn't sad, just not very energetic.

"Disappointing Dining, Stellar Staff: Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
The workers were amazing, but the food and dining weren't good. They served food on paper plates.

"New Director Enhances Community Despite Pandemic Challenges"
My mom moved into Seasons of Largo about two years ago. The place has a fun, whimsical design. During my first visit, I was impressed by the second floor. The hallways look like an outdoor street with porches and white picket fences by each resident’s home. The bright colors and hanging plants make it feel like you’re outside. I loved how the common areas had lots of comfy furniture, perfect for sitting and chatting with friends. Unfortunately, during the Coronavirus pandemic, many common areas were closed to keep everyone safe. The nice sofas and chairs were put away to prevent gatherings. It was a necessary step for safety during those times. Luckily, a new Executive Director is now in charge. He’s doing a great job leading the facility and taking care of the residents. I’m happy that he is easy to reach and promotes communication. He listens and takes action, just like a good ship captain. I trust that he will guide Seasons of Largo through these tough times and create a safe, caring community.

"Unacceptable Action and Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"
I definitely would NOT suggest this place. They mistreat the people who live there. There's a real issue with how they behave, it's pretty shady. The staff they've brought on recently is sloppy and dirty. There are no workers around when they're really needed. They harm and medicate the residents without cause, and the management doesn't respond when they're told about it.
