The lady I worked with was amazing! Among all the places I visited, she stood out as the best. However, my second tour left me unimpressed. The decorations were old, the dining area felt crowded, and the rooms were tiny without a kitchenette.

"Mixed Experience at Sonata Assisted Living"
Sonata is a nice place inside and out, but our loved one's stay was during the pandemic. The room wasn't cleaned well, with dirt under the sink and marks on the light switch plate. Despite having a housekeeper, the room remained dirty. The concierge was helpful, but some staff members weren't consistent. One was good, while another wasn't truthful. Complaints about staff affected how they treated the resident. Sonata wouldn't assist our fall-risk loved one, so we hired private care. Unfortunately, the private aide we hired wasn't reliable. They were caught sleeping and neglected their duties. The community didn't address these issues or inform us. The aide even had COVID and spread it to others. Eventually, a new private aide was sent and proved to be excellent.

"Small Assisted Living Facility Lacks Amenities"
Our family visited the assisted living facility in person, but we found it to be too small. Unfortunately, it didn't offer the right amenities for our loved one.
