"Helpful discussion, not perfect fit for Mom"
They were very helpful, but not quite right for Mom.

"Friendly place, nice amenities, but not as comfortable"
I thought this place looked nice when I visited. The people I met were friendly. This community has some nice amenities, like transportation, and pets are allowed. I just didn’t feel as comfortable here as I did at the place we chose.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Friendly Staff"
When I searched for a place for my mom, I visited The Springs of Lady Lake. It looked nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the size was too big. I preferred a cozier spot.

"Quality Care Trumps Fancy Facades"
Since moving my dad from a fancier place nearby, I've discovered that what matters most isn't how pretty the buildings are, but how well they take care of residents. After two years at a place that prioritized looks and profit, and had a lot of turnover with caregivers, it's a relief to hear my dad say he's being treated better. The food's also improved. I'm grateful to Jackie and Lois at Springs of Lady Lake for their hard work. If you're tired of paying for looks and want good care, give them a look. Sometimes older buildings feel more like home for older folks.

"Navigating Progress at the Community"
My uncle is doing okay at this community, but it’s a work in progress. We’re still figuring things out with the staff, and I hope he receives good care here.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Pricey and cramped rooms with small fridges."
The place costs too much and rooms are tiny with tiny fridges.
