"Decent Facility, Needs Improvement in Dining and Communication"

The place is tidy and spotless. The majority of the staff are kind and willing to assist. However, the dining room staff could be more attentive. The food is average, with not many options, and the staff doesn't seem eager to help residents make choices. If a resident skips a meal, it goes unnoticed. The aides who work on the floors are pleasant and ensure the rooms are clean. There are various activities that most residents appear to enjoy, with music being a big hit. The facility also houses a hair salon. I wish there was more communication from the staff regarding the health and well-being of the residents. Unlike other facilities, I never saw a health plan here.
