"Growing Staff Turnover, Poor Management Plagues Formerly Decent Facility"
This place used to be decent. But now, I see staff leaving constantly and it breaks my heart. I come here to visit a loved one and things are definitely getting worse. It seems like it's all family running the show - and they aren't doing a great job. The front desk is really unprofessional and loud. The kitchen always comes up short on menu items and the head woman there is very rude. The Memory Care area constantly smells and there's never anything fun for the residents to do. Plus, there's not enough eating space. The workers even use bad language around the residents. Someone needs to step in, take over, and seriously clean up this place, because it's not being managed well.

"Great Assisted Living Community!"
We chose this community because I used to work there, and it's closest to my father. It's great, and I'd recommend it to others.

"Mixed Feelings but Comfortable: Stone Ledge Assisted Living Review"
They do a great job, but there's room to improve. This place is good. We feel very comfortable with the care Mom receives. She's treated like family, though even family can improve. I'd advise others to always call me if needed. We visit often and both residents and staff know us and who we're there for. My mom has lost 90% of her sight, so this is very important to us. Overall, we're very comfortable with Stone Ledge and its people.

"Accessible staff, individualized care, homely atmosphere; fits dad perfectly."
The staff is easy to reach and flexible with families. They treat each person individually. Their healthcare team is attentive and caring. Being present matters for communication and care quality. Stone Ledge Manor suits my dad well with its homely feel.
