"Poor Service and Impatient Staff at Assisted Living Facility"

This place doesn't give you paperwork or bills on time. The employees often appear irritated with our family members. The memory aid service isn't what we imagined, and it feels like they don't have enough patience to properly look after our family members. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this facility.
