"Mixed Feelings About The Cove"

The staff at The Cove during our tour were super friendly. However, I wasn't a fan of the older facility. They're planning remodeling soon.

"Nice Staff But Facilities and Grounds Need Serious Improvement"

The staff there are pretty friendly. The place for people who live independently appears maintained, but the area for assisted living looks old and really needs a renovation. The facility could do with some more trees and shady places where residents and visitors can hang out and do outdoor activities. The main community building smells a lot like mildew, which suggests the air conditioning isn't being used enough to keep it dry. Carpets in the main room and in the assisted living quarters definitely need to be replaced.

I visited this place and had a great time with. The apartments are much bigger than I expected and offer independence. The dining area seems crowded, so they're not serving meals there right now. But overall, I enjoyed my visit.

My dad is doing very well, and I would recommend them to anyone. It's a one-level community, so it's easy to go outside. The staff is great and communicates well with me. I see good interaction with the residents. The meals are very good; I've eaten their home-cooked food.

"Mom’s Happy at Friendly Cove Memory Care"

My mom has been at the Cove’s memory care unit for 3 weeks. She’s really happy there and says it’s a nice place with friendly people. They’ve cut down on her medication, and she seems to be doing better. We’re glad we picked the Cove for her.

"Nice Tour, Friendly Staff, Not the Right Fit"

My tour of this community went really well. It was a good experience. The place looks nice and they keep it very clean. The staff I met was friendly and kind. They answered my questions and gave me a lot of information. Everything went smoothly, but it wasn't the right place for my mother and her needs.

The Cove at Tavares Village has a positive atmosphere. The staff really care and do everything they can for the residents. This community is a great place with awesome services like meals and fun activities. I would definitely recommend it; it's an amazing place!

My brother liked the tour a lot. The place was clean, bright, and full of friendly people. The cost was easy to figure out and not too expensive compared to other places. Some residents had different opinions about the food. It was easy to get around since everything was on the same level.

"A Pleasant Community Experience"

I really liked this place. Many people who live there have positive things to say. The memory care unit is simple, but they provide good care. It’s super convenient because it’s just 3 minutes from my house. I appreciate that they keep me informed about special activities so we can attend. If they accept my spouse, I’d love for him to live there.

"Explored: Mixed Feelings After Touring Assisted Living Facility"

We were checking out this place for a family member needing extra care. We had lunch there, which was pretty average - I'd only give it 2 stars. In the dining area, there were about 50 folks, mostly ladies, and almost everyone had a walker and some oxygen. The place looks neat, but it seemed very close to being a full-blown nursing home.

My mom has been at The Cove for 15 months. I'm really happy with the care she's gotten and how friendly the staff is. Now that she's in the last stages of hospice care, the staff has been even more caring about her comfort.

"Caring staff and management make The Cove a gem!"

The description of The Cove is spot-on. My parents lived in the Independent Living community for nearly 10 years and felt very fortunate. Their neighbors and the staff became close friends. About a year ago, my mom moved to the assisted living area and received the best care possible. The staff are professional, caring, compassionate, and work well together. Jan, the friendly director, personally checks in on residents daily, and Ada, the marketing manager, makes you feel how special this place is. The Cove is a wonderful community with an amazing team.
