"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Most staff were nice. Aides lacked understanding of my loved one. She seemed independent but struggled due to dementia activation. Needed more help, but staff didn't notice. Clean environment, passionate kitchen staff.

"Unclean Facility with Misleading Promises: Do Your Research"
This place isn't clean. Just look by the trash cans and you'll see the truth. They only let you see what they want you to. High-quality meals here? I don't think so. Make sure you do your research before you choose this place as a home.

"Charged Extra and Misled about Care Needs"
This place seemed appealing at first, but something was off about it. They evaluated my grandpa and told us he would have to live with help, but our doctor said he just needed some assistance, not full-time care. These people pushed us to pay everything upfront, not wait for Medicaid support. This wasn't possible for us. They also promised us a double room for the price of a single since it was tiny. But after we moved in, they charged extra. We had no choice but to move.

"More of a Nursing Home than Assisted Living"
This place was awful. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. It wasn't neat, and the rooms felt like a strict hospital. They changed a hospital into this place, making it feel more like a nursing home than an assisted living facility.

"Institutional vibe due to hospital conversion; location not convenient."
The place is big and super clean, which is good. But it kinda feels like a hospital still, especially the rooms. And it's not in the best spot for us.

"The Grande is perfect; staff treats her like family."
My aunt is lucky to have The Grande as her forever home. The staff treats her like family. She has made many new friends, which we’re thrilled about since she was isolated before. Even though we can’t visit right now due to the pandemic, the staff ensures she’s well taken care of and keeps us updated. It’s the best move she ever made!

"Not Ideal for Oxygen Needs"
It's a nice place, but like Atria, they couldn't help with oxygen needs.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Clean, Spacious, Comfortable, Still Considering Comparisons"
The facility was clean, and all my questions were answered. It's very large, and the residents seemed comfortable. I'll keep looking around to compare my options.

"Positive Experience in Welcoming, Clean Assisted Living Community"
Since moving to this community, I've been doing well. It's a nice place, and everyone has been friendly. The community looks great, and they keep it very clean. Everything has been going well for me here, and I would definitely recommend it.
