"Friendly Staff and Comfortable Living Conditions Shine at Bartram Lakes"

I really like Bartram Lakes Assisted Living because the staff are so friendly. My apartment is great—I can adjust the heat and air conditioning myself. Everything is super clean, too.

"Personalized Care in Cozy Setting: Bartram Lakes Assisted Living Review"

We picked Bartram Lakes and The Green House because it's smaller and we thought he would get better care. There were only 11 people in memory care. He wasn't here for long, but based on our experience, I'd suggest this place to others.

"Stay Involved for Active Loved Ones"

I’d say to anyone checking out the place that you really have to stay involved in your loved one’s care. You can’t just leave them there and forget about it. We’ve had to keep an eye on things to make sure everything’s okay. The staff does try their best, and I’d suggest it if your loved one is still pretty active. But if they need a lot of help, maybe look elsewhere.

"Horrible Experience at Assisted Living - Please Reconsider"

At first, it seemed okay, but it ended really badly. If your family member isn't just going to watch TV, don't send them here. I heard staff making mean comments about a male resident because of how he was eating a banana. I saw workers playing games on the computer and online shopping. I also saw a male resident sitting in sweatpants that were soaked with pee. I was too scared to say anything because I didn't want them to force my loved one into a mental health facility, which they ended up doing anyways. My loved one had a difficult disease, and I totally get that; but the workers didn't even notice the signs that he was suffering a lot. He needed...no, he deserved kindness and understanding. Instead, they treated him like he was a scary monster. If you're thinking about this place for your loved one, please think again.
