"Quiet and Clean Assisted Living"
Overall, it's great. The price went up, but that's probably everywhere. Memory care is clean, and Magnolia side is quiet.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Spacious Rooms and Tasty Food"
I think it's a good place with friendly people, large rooms, and tasty food. We chose it because I liked where my mom's room would be.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Clean, Friendly Staff, Recommended for Families"
The Lynmoore at Lawnwood is very clean, which makes us happy. Most staff are friendly, though some seem distant. We didn't try activities, so can't comment on those. Based on our experience, we would recommend The Lynmoore community to other families.

"Assisted living facility shows improvement in resident engagement and care."
They keep residents busy and have improved recently. Rooms need cleaner; trash should be taken out more often. Issues are fixed promptly when raised. I visit often to stay updated on my loved one's needs. Overall, we're satisfied with the care provided.

"Nice Facilities but Lacking Personal Touch"
The community wasn't as friendly as I expected. They didn't offer any incentives for us to sign up, and the tour was really quick, shorter than I thought it would be. It didn't seem like they tried to get to know us. However, the community was clean and the grounds were nice. The setup was good, and they had a lot of activities for the residents.

"Neglected residents and awful service make The Lynmoore a nightmare."
Stay away from this place! It's not what it claims to be. There's no staff that truly cares, no tailored care, and definitely no 24/7 attentiveness. Safety here is a joke. The main entrance is left unlocked from evening till dawn. Their so-called 24/7 personal call system is just a pendant with a help button. It's not useful; my mom has pressed it frequently and no one ever answers. She once fell and pressed the help button, and had to wait nearly four hours for someone to come! The food here is disgusting, and the worst part? You'll get charged if you want to eat in your own room instead of the dining area. The Lynmoore simply can't maintain a good staff. It breaks my heart seeing residents, barely awake, forced to eat in the dining hall because they can't afford the room service charge. They're left sleeping in their wheelchairs, their faces hovering just above their plates. Delivering a loved one to The Lynmoore would be like punishment.

"Lacking Tours and Information at Assisted Living Facility"
We wanted to check out the place, but they weren't giving tours. They didn't even have an online tour. Even though the people were nice, they didn't give us many details.

"Friendly Staff, Decent Food, Some Activities Returning"
Every person working here is super nice. They’re always up for a chat, waving and saying “hi” whenever we walk by in the halls. When we talk to our family member and the other folks living here, they say the food is alright. It’s not amazing, but it’s not bad either. Plus, it looks like they’re starting to have some fun stuff to do again.
