"Improvements Needed"
Overall, it’s pretty good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My loved one really likes the food—it’s excellent. But there are some issues. They need to clean residents’ hands and mouths before and after meals. Also, laundry mix-ups happen, and my loved one’s sheets and towels have gone missing. Once, I found them soaked in bed without breakfast. The staff’s feedback is inconsistent. Some say he’s doing better, while others mention combative behavior. They should improve Alzheimer’s care training. The promised field trips never happened, and the app’s attendance records aren’t accurate. It’d be great if my loved one could actually participate.

"Great Staff and Dining Service"
The managers are respectful, smart, easy to reach, and quick to help. You couldn't ask for more. They have some great nurses and aides, and the dining service was always wonderful.

My mom's been here since 2018, and we're both happy. I'd recommend this place. The care is good, and Mom feels safe. She enjoys the activities all day long.

My mom lives in memory care. We chose this place because of the friendly staff. The caregivers are great, and the activities team is fantastic. The company is respectful and knows a lot, and the nurses are good. Everyone is easy to reach and helpful.

Since 2018, I've been here, and while I don't have much to compare it to, I can say it's near the top. The maintenance team is quick to respond and can fix almost anything, and the care staff is respectful and attentive.
