"Lackluster Communication at Watermark Assisted Living"
For weeks, the Finance Department has ignored my calls. I simply want clarity on the ‘extra’ charges beyond the base cost. After a month, still no response. As the one paying the $[removed]/year rate, I expected better. Considering other Orlando facilities now.

"Poor Care and Communication: A Disappointing Experience at Watermark Assisted Living"
I stayed at Watermark twice. The head nurse canceled my doctor's appointment without asking me first. This left me in severe pain with my leg disconnected from my pelvis. I suffered through agonizing pain for hours without my medicine. I called the Ombudsman, who said this was illegal. They talked to Watermark, and my appointment was put back on. But my pain doctor was upset, saying they didn't care about me. Then, Human Resources and the head nurse came to my room and scolded me for a long time. They didn't care about my feelings or offer any solutions. They didn't even have another doctor for me to see. It seemed like they just wanted to control me. So, I decided to move out of Watermark.
