"Good Experience at The Willows Hospice"
My experience was good. The restaurant wasn’t used much since she wasn’t a big eater, but overall, it was good. The hospice at The Willows was very good.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The facility is well-kept, but communication with families is lacking, and the sense of community is limited. We chose this place for its spacious apartments and good value. It's clean.

"Positive Experience at The Willows Assisted Living Facility"
My family member lives at The Willows and it's been great. It's a smaller place, so it feels more like home. The staff are nice, and the cleaning crew does excellent work. This place lives up to expectations. I'd suggest The Willows to anyone.

"Promising Start, Disappointing Decline"
The place was okay at the beginning but got worse. Look elsewhere. We chose it because you suggested it.

"Well-Managed Assisted Living Close to Family"
We needed a place with an EC license. The cost is fair, and it's near my sister's home. The management is stable; most staff have been there since they opened. The staff genuinely care, showing respectful behavior.

"Mixed Feelings About The Willows Assisted Living"
We kinda like The Willows 'cause it's in a good spot and the staff helped quick when we brought in our family. But they need more workers, especially at night.

"A Good Experience at The Willows"
I like The Willows, but there have been some bumps. A meet and greet when moving in would be helpful. The staff is nice, despite being short-staffed. Dining service and food are awesome. Convenient memory care in the same building. Overall, a good experience—I recommend The Willows.

"Not the Right Fit"
This community didn't suit my loved one's needs. The tour was informative, but it wasn't the right fit.

"Good Place, Needs Better Medical Care"
I liked the place overall. It was a nice community. But I think they need to check on the health care more for my family member. I hope they can keep an eye on them better. They had fun stuff like bingo, music, and other things for people living there to do.

"Fantastic care and amenities at The Willows! Highly recommended."
We had a great time at The Willows! When I needed to find a quick spot for my mom, [Names removed] (the head of memory care) and [Name removed] (a fantastic nurse in memory care) were super helpful. They even have a really nice hair salon. I would suggest The Willows to anyone! **Headline:**

"Excellent care and support made a difficult time easier"
My mom lived at The Willows in the Memory Care unit until last fall. The care she got was excellent. The staff was kind, attentive, and really spent time with her. Sadly, Mom's health got worse quickly and she passed away this October. The staff took such good care of her in her last days, which made this tough time a bit easier for us. My brother and I live far away, and we were reassured they would take good care of her and they did. Deciding to place a loved one in care is hard, but The Willows helped us feel we made the right choice. Thanks to [name removed] and the team for everything.

"Do not go here"
Staff are constantly leaving and being replaced. I had my mother in this facility for 8 weeks and I simply gave up looking for improvement. The main goal of this facility is pinching pennies on food and caregivers, even though this costs the resident more than necessary. She would not be checked on for hours and no coverage at all during the night. I've paid for all of the extras, but this still isn't a safe place for my mother, or any loved one.

"My Parents' Time With the Community"
My parents spent 5 weeks at the community as respite guests. They received the services they needed, and the meals were good. They ate either in the dining room or their room. The community had activities and outings. Sometimes they were short-staffed, but they kept us informed.

"Happy Community, Spacious Rooms, Consider If Near Family"
This place is new and everyone seemed cheerful when we visited. The rooms are big and you can choose to have your own room or get extra care if you need it. We didn't pick it because it's far from our family. But nothing seemed wrong when we visited, so if it's in the right place for you, you should think about The Willows.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living Community"
This place costs more than Mom's old one, but it's way better. There's lots to do and staff push everyone to join in. Food's tasty, and it's super clean. I'd suggest it.

"Friendly Folks and Neat Facility, But Other Places Seem Better"
The folks I met in this facility were really friendly. The place was tidy and there were some cool activities. However, it just wasn't as great as some other places we visited.

"Mixed Take on Assisted Living Facility"
A few of the workers here are awesome, while the rest aren't so good. They manage to keep the place pretty tidy, if I'm being honest. My sister doesn't think much of the meals here though. But altogether, this place is not too shabby.

"Caring at The Willows"
The food here is usually really good. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I do think they need more assistance, but that seems to be the norm for all the assisted living facilities in the area. It would be great if they had a registered nurse available 24/7.

"I want to go!"
This place is beautiful! If I had to be in a community, I would choose here. The staff was very welcoming when my husband and I took a tour. They just didn’t have the right certification we needed for my husband.

"No Staff Interaction Experienced!"
I thought this place was alright, but the staff interaction is what I really pay attention to. I'm curious about how they'd treat my family member. But I didn't see or meet any nurses or staff, which I wasn't happy about.

"Great Care and Comfort for Mom-in-Law"
The community is taking good care of my mother-in-law and everything is going fine. She does a lot for herself, but the staff give her reminders and get her medications. She loves the meals and has a nice menu to choose from, with substitutions if needed. The community is very clean and is a brand new place, only been open for a year and a half. Since my mother-in-law is still settling in, she hasn’t participated in the many activities they provide. She has made some friends. The place is closer to where we live, which helps us out when visiting.

"Weekend Staffing Issues at New Facility"
The service wasn't great at this new assisted living facility. They seemed to be figuring out how things work still. But, their biggest problem was not having enough staff on the weekends. I just couldn't find anyone to help and that was really frustrating. I tried to be patient, but they never managed to get organized and work well together. So, in the end, my family member had to move away.

"Kind and attentive staff, smaller rooms are a plus!"
I appreciate that they have smaller rooms compared to others we checked out. The staff treats him kindly and seems to care about him. He isn't stuck in his room all day, which is great. They are very attentive to him.

"Decent Seniors' Home, But Not Perfect for Mom"
Went with she to check out this seniors' home. They try to keep the folks living there busy with things to do in the hall of the Memory Care section, but my mom wouldn't like any of them. The whole place has carpet, so we'd have to change the tennis balls on mom's walker. There's a $2,500 fee to move in, then you pay rent every month. They have a place for haircuts and some physical therapy. The place was clean, it smelled nice, and the people working there seemed kind. But, there weren't a lot of people around. They have a nurse at all times. If mom got sick, they said they'd call 911. I'd rather they called me. There wasn't a spot for mom to relax outside her room. That's not cool. Not sure if we'd find a better place.

"Friendly Staff, Some Concerns on Meal Assistance"
My mom really enjoyed staying at The Willows of Wildwood. I think if she were still here, she might have thought about staying there longer. The only thing that makes me wonder is whether they spent enough time helping her with meals since she couldn't eat on her own. But the people at the front desk and the maintenance worker were always super nice and friendly.

"Everything was excellent!"
My mother-in-law's stay at The Willows of Wildwood was short because another family member took her out. But while she was there, she did really well. The activities, meals, service, and everything else were excellent.

"Nice Place with Great Activities, Needs More Staffing and Food Options"
My mom is happy here, and it's a nice place. They do need more staff since they're still new. They really care and are involved with the residents. The activities are great, and the activities director knows everyone and what they like. The food is good, but they need to keep in mind they're cooking for older people. The cook is a nice guy, but they should offer less spicy options sometimes. I like that it's new and still priced like some of the older places. It's bright and pleasant.
