"Resident Director's Lack of Decency Ruins Assisted Living Experience"
Recently, my wife and I had a disappointing experience while arranging for my mother-in-law to stay at The Windsor of Bradenton. This poor review could have been easily avoided. The facility itself is nice and clean. The living units look good and the food tastes excellent. But, there's one individual who turned the whole process into a six-month waste merely because of her total lack of professional skill and tactfulness. This person unfortunately is the Residential Director. Her complete lack of understanding other's feelings should not allow her to hold such a key position. This role needs someone who understands the emotions of people making serious decisions for their elderly loved ones. It's a real pity that she lacks even a hint of this quality. We dedicated half a year to planning my mom's shift to The Windsor of Bradenton. We prepared emotionally for the major shift. We interacted with the staff and visited, confirming that mom would fit well there. But after everything, it came to nothing because of this one person.

" Disappointed by the Administration at Windsor Senior Living"
Even though Windsor Senior Living of Bradenton looks nice, has good food, and offers plenty of activities for the folks staying there, I think the people who run it, especially the Resident Director, need to be seriously corrected. I think that the Resident Director is making the company look bad, and it's sad that they've chosen someone for this job who can't handle their emotions or connect with the people they're supposed to be serving. In my opinion, they work better on their own. You should watch out for unfair treatment and dishonest practices that I experienced personally.

"Great place, many activities, close to home."
It's a great place, and my mom loves it. The Windsor is right across the street from where my mom lived her entire life and just down the street from my house, so I can visit regularly. They have tons of activities like shopping trips, beach trips, arts and crafts, bingo, cards, movie night, and even cooking classes.
