The Windsor of Ocala

"Caring and Clean Community with Great Food for Seniors"
This place feels just like home, with caring staff and very clean surroundings. They're really professional too. The food is great! It's a good choice if you need some help. The outside areas are well-maintained and nice. I haven't lived there, so I can't say more. But it seems like a great spot for mom and dad.

"Staff is friendly and knows everyone by name."
My mom lives here, and it’s been a tough change for her. We’re still working on what she needs, but overall, it’s been good. The staff interacts well with her, and she knows many of them by name. I had lunch with her, and the food was tasty—she seems to like it. I heard the chef talks to the residents about their food preferences, and there are lots of options. If something isn't on the menu, they try to make it happen. Every time I visit, it looks very clean, with no trash around. My mom mentioned that they sometimes repeat activities, but I think that helps those who need a routine. They have happy hours, bingo, and movies, plus you can chat with the director about how things are going. They even have floral arranging and weekly field trips for residents. During holidays, entertainers come to sing for everyone. It feels more like a home than a nursing home, which makes it very welcoming. I would recommend this place.

"Lovely Place with Friendly Staff"
My friend loves The Windsor! The staff is super nice, always making her feel at home. They even encourage her to join activities and make friends. She's a vegetarian and wishes they had more salad options, but overall, it's a great place. Highly recommend

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
This place was really cool. The people were nice, and we visited a lot. They even gave us lunch, which dad enjoyed. But dad thought it seemed too much like a nursing home, which he didn't like. It's kinda expensive, and it's far from our place.
