"Comfortable and Welcoming Assisted Living Facility"
We chose this place because my dad thought it felt like home. It's just the right size—big enough for lots of places to hang out, but not so big that it's hard to get around. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, friendly spot with lots to do. The staff here are great—the nurses, the med techs, and even the people in the salon. Everyone in the dining room knows my parents and what they like. [[The person at the front desk, [name removed], is super helpful too. Overall, the staff are all nice and try their hardest to help.]] The one thing my parents think could be better is the food.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvements"
I don't think they deliver what they promise. My mom often sits alone. I expected more activities. I've had to remind them many times to cut up her food. She hasn't been here long, so I hope things get better.

"Friendly Facility, Chose More Social Option"
We visited The Windsor of Venice, and it was pretty good. It was almost our top pick. The place we picked had folks talking and hanging out more.

"Great Staff, Needs Better Signage"
The Windsor of Venice is pretty nice. I think it would be really cool if they started a club for people who just moved in. It's a smart idea. That way, new folks could learn where everything is from the people who've been here longer. Besides that, it's all good! The people who work here are awesome, and I'd definitely tell others to come live at The Windsor.

"Caring Staff, Unfortunate Injury at Assisted Living"
In another situation, I believe this place would have been pretty good. Everyone working here was super kind and did their best to help - they were amazing. But, I did get hurt by the physical therapist.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This community is nice. Sometimes caregivers take longer to come when residents press the call buttons. The staff communicates well with family and friends when we have questions or concerns. They serve three meals a day with choices for residents to pick from.

"Good tour, lively, fair price, chose closer option"
We really liked touring The Windsor of Venice. It looked like they cared for people just like the place we picked. Looking back, it might have been better because it was more fun. It seemed like a good deal for the money. We picked another place because it was closer to our home.
