"Warm Food Would Make It Perfect"

I live at Seaside at Fort Myers, and it's been good. The staff is nice and caring. The place is clean and friendly. The care, cost, and activities are good too. The food is often cold, but I usually eat in my room. I'm going to start getting my food downstairs so it stays warm!

"Seaside at Fort Meyers Disappoints Following Hurricane Aftermath"

Seaside at Fort Meyers suffered serious flood damage and lost a significant part of their roof during a recent hurricane. Before the storm hit, my relative was temporarily moved to a nursing home for unrelated reasons, leaving her apartment empty. Seaside did not communicate with me about the status of her possessions after the damage. They also never checked in on how she was doing in her new placement. A couple of weeks back, they announced that the establishment will only cater to memory care patients. They added that no families can visit for six weeks due to ongoing renovations. However, I just got a call from the director telling me to retrieve her belongings immediately. Before all these, Seaside at Fort Meyers was a lovely assisted living home - beautiful rooms and delicious meals. Yet their handling of posts- Hurricane Ian situations has left me extremely disappointed.

"Subpar Service, Untrained Staff at Assisted Living Center"

This place is one of the unfriendliest and uninformed assisted living centers I've visited so far. The staff here lacks proper training to care for the residents properly. The nurses come off as unfriendly as well. This facility assured me they can handle my loved ones' unique needs as they adjust, but it turned out they couldn't. I am really upset with the service we were provided. Honestly, I wouldn't trust them with my pet dog, let alone my pet fish, in this unclean, uncaring facility.

"She Services and Hygiene at Assisted Living Facility"

Memory help isn't good. A few workers are nice and helpful, but most don't like talking to the people living here. People aren't kept clean enough everyday. The food doesn't taste good and there isn't much choice. The rooms are hardly ever cleaned and the floors are often sticky. Stuff keeps disappearing from the laundry.
