This assisted living facility is dishearteningly poor. Over the past three years, it appears conditions have severely declined. The meals are often composed of frozen, canned, or boxed products, significantly diminishing the quality. If you take the time to visit and observe, you might notice the caretakers appear overworked, often pulling seven consecutive 24-hour shifts before getting a week off. This grueling cycle nearly guarantees constant fatigue, potentially diminishing the quality of care provided to the residents. The owner claims to lend a helping hand, but her involvement seems sporadic at best. Despite these claims, one can't help but be skeptical. The care seems to toe the line of bullying or neglect, and reality doesn't match up to the picture painted of residents joyfully singing, clapping, and laughing together. It's overall disappointing and makes one question if just meeting the bare minimum requirements is truly enough.
