"Tuscan Assisted Living Faces Serious Issues"
I'm sad to say this, but the staff at Tuscan has been really nice. I moved my mom to assisted living a year ago, and things have gone downhill since then. Tuscan has new management, but I don't feel like they're taking good care of my mom. They even lost her medicine for four days, which made her sick. The food is awful—she got half a stuffed cabbage for dinner, and it was inedible. They've cut staff hours, so there's not enough help. It got so bad that I had to move her last week, which was expensive and stressful. When I asked for a refund, they said no. Lots of people are complaining about Tuscan.

"Needs more cleaning, kind and helpful staff"
Bathroom and floors need more cleaning; more staff needed. Kind staff.

"Tuscan Gardens Shines with Exceptional Care and Staff!"
A very nice, clean place! The staff, especially the assisted living activities manager, makes Tuscan Gardens stand out. She's always happy, full of energy, and creative, truly enjoying time with the residents. And I have to mention that theme are excellent caregivers. They set a high standard for everyone else to follow and maintain. Great job, Tuscan Gardens!

"Subpar Dining Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place seems nice when you walk in. The workers are nice and pay attention to you. It's mostly clean and they have lots of things to do. But, the food is a big letdown. It's not made well and many times, they have to redo meals, which isn't great. They've had two chefs already and it's still not good. I told the bosses, but they haven't fixed it yet. I really hope they make it better soon for the people living here.

"Great place during the storm!"
We stayed at Tuscan Gardens during the storm, and it was great! They were very nice and helpful. I heard they took in over 200 people and their pets during the storm. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The only reason we didn't stay here is because it's too far from our family.

"Clean, Friendly, But Pricey for Some"
This place is pretty new, just about a year old, so it still looks really nice. Everything is kept clean and neat. The people who work there are friendly and helpful, especially the ones we met during our tour. But the cost was more than we thought it would be, so it was too expensive for us. They do offer 2-hour nursing, which is good to know.

"Nice Assisted Living Option for the Future"
This place was really nice. We want to live independently, but the apartments here don't have full kitchens, which is still important to us. The location is great it's a new building with high ceilings and big rooms. Maybe we'll think about moving here in 10-15 years when we don't feel like cooking anymore.

"Great staff and activities in a caring community"
We toured this lovely community for care. The staff was friendly and caring, and the whole place was very clean. We were pleased with the staff and the menu looked great. They also offer a lot of activities for the residents. It was a bit more expensive, but still very nice. We would recommend families check out this community if they're looking for a caring place for a loved one.

"Good Food Amidst Staffing Issues"
The expectations set at first and our current reality aren't the same. Despite that, things are mostly going smooth. We're facing some issues we need to sort out. The biggest problem is that the place seems to struggle to keep its staff. Above all, the awesome food they serve stands out. They have an amazing chef.
