"Unsatisfactory and Unsafe Assisted Living Facility, Not Recommended"
Regrettably, this assisted living facility isn't a pleasant or secure home for your relatives. Care here is subpar and unprofessional, with instances of mistreatment and accidents such as falls. The staff is impolite and inadequately educated. I can't suggest this place.

"Shoddy Care and Disrespectful Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
Don't entrust your family here. Staff is mean and unskilled. Patient care is awfully unsatisfactory.
