"Profit-Driven Facility Lacks Personal Touch and Quality Care"
This place seems to think it's top-notch. The folks who run it, like the business folks and the bosses, only compare what they offer to other places around here, not to what it could really be. Don't count on feeling special here. Don't count on top-notch care. Don't think what they give can match the care from a friend, family, or a good buddy. Remember, this place is all about making money. That's their main goal.

"Assisted Living Community Falls Short of Expectations"
I visited this place, and the tour was okay, but they couldn't meet my needs. They showed me a room with two bedrooms and a walk-in closet. I asked if shelves could be added, but they said no. Also, some rooms were just too small.

Disappointed
"Disappointing Nursing Care: Lack of Individual Attention and Subpar Environment"
Beware of considering a tiered facility like Vi. If you or your loved ones end up needing nursing care, you might not be satisfied. My folks have been through independent living, assisted living, and now nursing care at Vi. This review focuses on the nursing care center, where long-term residents end up. It feels like a clean warehouse with skilled aides but lacks personal attention and social/emotional care. The food is not healthy, and the administration puts up barriers to individual needs. Staffing is insufficient for exceptional care, and medical attention is mediocre. They're good at following instructions but not proactive. Despite proven benefits, they won't even invest in a music/radio package. Don't expect to be impressed, I advise avoiding this place.
