"Beautiful location with friendly staff, but some past issues with meds"
The location of the facility is beautiful. Most of the people are friendly and helpful. I had some trouble with getting my meds right and on time. There was a time when the admin and nursing were a mess. They hired new admin, and I think things are much better now.

When we first arrived, everything was great. But lately, they've lost many staff members, and the care quality has suffered. We hope they'll bring back more staff and improve care.

"Avoid This Facility: Poor Leadership and Unprofessional Behavior Uncovered"
Wow, I wouldn't know where to begin. Between management trash-talking their bosses and an obvious lack of leadership, I'd recommend steering clear of this place if I were you. Their marketing person can't seem to do her job properly, the memory care director is utterly clueless and the administrator is apparently buddies with them, so good luck getting anything accomplished there. I made the decision not to bring my folks here when I began hearing disturbing insider information and accidentally eavesdropped on some pretty harsh words exchanged about the building owners by the directors (Hint: they might want to shut their doors when they start gossiping about other people). Honestly, all I can say is: absolutely not, no way, under no circumstances!

"Stay Away: Nice Looks but Terrible Nursing Staff at Victoria Landings"
This place looks great from the outside and has a really clean environment. The kitchen crew is friendly and there's a lot of fun stuff to do. That's the positive side. Sadly, the downside is the awful nursing staff who can't seem to keep things straight, mismanage meds, and just plain don't seem to care. Though not all the nurses are like this, a bunch of them are and it's due to she leadership and lack of accountability. They say they'll respond in 15 min when a resident rings the call button, but truth is, it's often over an hour or sometimes, they don't even show up at all. You'd wonder, how's an old person supposed to wait that long after hitting the button? The nursing management doesn't seem to have a clue or genuine care for the residents. They're just there for the paycheck. My mom was there for a short while until thankfully, a spot opened up at Zon Beachside. Now, I see a lot of people who used to be at Victoria Landings at Zon. I totally get why. It's really too bad because Victoria Landings could be a good spot if only they had the right nursing staff and management. You're better off staying away.

"Great Remodel! But Security Is Lacking"
The place just had a major makeover and it shows. The whole building looked shiny, fresh, and really modern. But when I visited, I was worried because there wasn't much of a security system. This wasn't really good for a memory care unit, especially when it's surrounded by so much water.

"Great Place with Minor Issues"
The facility is always super clean and bright. The staff are always open to talking about how to make things better for the residents. I really like the bright dining room and the "pub" next to it. The only problem so far is that they don't follow up quickly on some issues, like not ordering medicine right when it runs out. We feel our parents have everything they need, and we really like Victoria Landing.

"Clean and Welcoming Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
This place always looks super clean and bright, and the staff are nice about talking about how they can make things even better for the people who live here. I especially like the dining room, it's so bright and cheery, and they have a cool "pub" next to it. The only thing that hasn't been great is that sometimes they're slow to deal with problems, like getting new medicine when someone runs out. But overall, we think our parents have everything they need here, and we really like Victoria Landing.

"Caring and observant staff"
Before we chose Victoria Landing for my in-laws, the staff was super flexible. My first chat there was with a resident who's been there since they opened, and she loves it! It was perfect for my in-laws because of the beautiful location and caring staff. They've been there just a couple weeks, but they love it, and everyone is so friendly. We love it because the staff keeps a close eye on them and gets them any help they need, like OT or a doctor's visit. We think this will keep my in-laws young.

"Beautiful views, great amenities!]"
This place is amazing with direct river views, a huge outdoor covered patio, and a heated pool. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is friendly.

"Mom's care!"
My mom is very happy here. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The grounds and rooms are nice and clean. They offer a lot of activities for everyone. I would recommend this community for its great value and care.

"Impressed With the Upbeat Atmosphere"
Everything seems great here. The staff are helping Dad get used to his community. The meals are excellent—Dad loves them! The community is very clean. I appreciate the available activities, and people in the dining room are upbeat and lively. However, communication between new residents about what’s offered and where things are could be better. Overall, I’m happy with them and have already recommended them.
