"Not suitable for mom due to ongoing construction"
This place is currently being built and it doesn't look too good. However, the outside looks great and I believe the inside will be too once it's finished. But, it's not the right spot for my mom right now.

"Friendly and Clean Facility with Small Family Atmosphere"
Villa of Kings & Queens is a nice place. My loved one needed more care than they provide, so it didn't work out for us. But I wasn't disappointed. The staff is friendly and caring, and the place is well kept and clean. It feels like a small family here. It would be perfect for someone needing less care.

"Friendly Staff, Room for Improvement"
The staff is super friendly, and the owner is lovely. However, they could improve patient cleanliness and offer more activities. Medication distribution needs some work.

"Amazing Care and Warmth at Kings and Queens Assisted Living"
Kings and Queens is a fantastic place. I was torn between moving my uncle to this facility or having him stay with me. After thinking it over, I decided he would be better off at Kings and Queens because they provide care and a quality of life that I couldn't offer at home. He’s been there for almost two months now, and I’ve met all the residents. They are well cared for, and everyone feels like family. I’ve heard about other places where older people are not treated well, but at this facility, you can visit anytime, and it feels like a big family. The owner, Kaitlan, is amazing, and if you truly care about your loved ones, Kings and Queens is the place to choose. If you’re unsure where to go, let Kings and Queens be your choice.

I can’t thank you enough for the amazing care you gave my mom, over the past few years. Your kindness and ability to make wonderful things happen for those in her care will always be remembered.

"Unpleasant Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place smelled bad and didn't seem happy or private. It was messy - they didn't know we were coming for a tour. The main nurse had to leave early but didn't tell me. However, the new nurse at the door seemed nice.
